No view from the window. No lift due to the design of the building. Fortunately my luggage was not heavy. If you are going for the night life it’s a 1 mile walk to get to the main area.

The staff were very friendly and there was good communication in the run up to the stay. The breakfast menu was good value for money. It was a good location to stay for access to the Old Town and both beaches.

Having stayed at the Irati previously, I knew exactly what to expect. As always, the rooms are immensely clean and comfortable. My double room had a fridge (ideal!) suitable storage and additional pillows available. The room had air conditioning and a small balcony. Ideally located in the old town, just a short walk to the beach. Without hesitation, I will be stopping her again - it's the first place I look to stay when going to Benidorm!

Alicia could not have been more helpful from booking (and then amending) my airport transfer to all the check in details with photo instructions sent before my arrival. The location is on a quiet street but bang in the heart of old town. I would definitely stay in this hotel when coming back to Benidorm. I was on the first floor in room 1 facing the front of the hotel.

The location of the hotel was wonderful, in the heart of the city, close to all the sights. The staff was very nice and helpful, we got a nice and tasty breakfast every morning, which we could choose from a menu. The room was very clean, and very spacious.

Shower was poor, the shower head needs to be replaced as it was not the full spray & sometimes we waited 5 minutes for the hot water to come through. There wasn't a hairdryer in the room despite it stating there was. I had to go and ask reception for it, but they did allow us to keep it until we checked out. The key situation was a little annoying. You can't remove any of the keys (i do understand why as some people are not careful with them) but it meant i couldn't fit any of them in a pocket or my armband holder when going on my morning run. I had to ask to be let back into the hotel which they got quite annoyed about. They also only give you 1 set of keys & require another €20 deposit for another set. The car parking space was a bit strange because it's on the 4th floor of a public car park. Which is the residents zone. This meant that the lift didn't work for the floor we were on because you needed a key to work it which we weren't given. The stairs also had locks on them going up. Hoing down they had the emergency exit push bar. So basically you had to go to the 2nd floor in the lift/stairs & then walk the rest of the way up the car ramps to reach the car! Not idea if carrying luggage & if there was an emergency!

Location was great, very good communication before arrival & handy system of collecting the keys for when you arrive after the reception has closed. The beds were extremely comfortable. The room was surprisingly big & the tiled bathroom was nice. Shutters blinds were an added bonus. Car parking space was decent & only a 5min walk to the hotel.

Double bed, full length mirror, fridge and lovely power shower. Very small balcony with clothes line if needed. Hair dryer and iron available at reception. Accommodation is right in old town with great bars and restaurants. Two minutes walk to beach which is fabulous. Air conditioned rooms cleaned daily and toiletries replaced. Great budget accommodation for singles and couples. Friendly welcoming staff.

Great location in a quiet part of Old Town. Very very clean and very comfortable beds. Staff very helpful and friendly and check in was simple and fast. For the price paid, Irati far exceeded my expectations. Will definitely stay again.
