The bed ….. Either an old bed or mattress. After 2 nights my back ached enormously.

The apartment faces a busy road, which means there’s quite a bit of traffic noise. There was also noticeable noise from the apartment above, likely due to the old creaky floors. The kitchen is poorly equipped, so it’s not really suitable for proper cooking. The shower is hard to regulate—a thermostat would help. The wardrobe in the bedroom can’t fully open because the bed is in the way, making the drawers unusable. The gym is very small—realistically, only one or two people can use it at a time.

The apartment is spacious, clean, and features a beautiful stucco ceiling in the living room. It’s in a great location, close to both the beach and the city center. The separate entrance offers privacy while still being part of the hotel building. It was great to have a washing machine and drying rack available. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. All gym equipment looks new, and breakfast was fine. A big bonus: Bernardo Restaurant right next to the hotel entrance is excellent—highly recommended to book in advance.

Couple of issues we had - door lock not working and dirty kettle were dealt with quickly and apologies given by staff.

Comfortable spacious room. Welcoming entrance lobby with good seating area. Excellent breakfast with good choices and selection. Easy 5 minute walk to the promenade and beach. Good location. Good wifi.

The beds are very small and uncomfortable, we had a 140 bed and still it took all of the room. The walls had cracks and the heating did not work so it was very cold in the room.. not what I expect paying 250 euros a night plus dog charges…

The location is amazing and it has a garage close by to park the car. They also allow dogs which is a big plus

Overall a really nice hotel, I stayed in a room on the 6th floor that was designed I assume by this famous industrial designer. Great bed, view, and overall perks. Location not so great if you like to walk where the action is, shopping and museums. Personnel very helpful. Breakfast way too expensive at €30 when you can have breakfasts anywhere for half that price or less.

Rooms very small and a lot of noise from other rooms. They use a cleaner that smells so strongly of cheap men's aftershave we had to keep our window open all the time.

Unfortunately there can be some noise from the street, depending on which direction your room faces. Also, the bed in the first room was uncomfortable, but once we moved rooms it was much better and the staff were so helpful.

The location of this hotel is just amazing, it's 1 minute from the beach, a 15min walk to the old town and we could see the sea from our room! The staff were very friendly and helpful too

The room size was very small and from the window only the wall of the house could be seen. The air conditioning and ventilation in the room did not work, so the room was very warm.

Although the room had window to outside our room was looking towards the inside walls of the hotel. The view was not good at all. Also the room was too rectangular shaped with a very narrow short side which made you feel like you are facing the wall all the time. If I had a chance I would have stayed at a different room at the same hotel.

The location of the hotel is perfect. Walking distance to the beach and old city and even to the train station. We have walked to the old city and back to the hotel a few times a day without hesitating.

The staff at the reception is super professional, informative and friendly. The hotel location is 1min walking distance from the beach, walkable distance to most tourist attractions and restaurants.

First night in very small room which was too hot and I was not able to open window as was overlooking service area But morning manager was very kind and changed me to an apartment which was huge and much cooler I did find road noise a bit of an issue but guess that’s price paid for great location

Reception was friendly and efficient, looking after cases on check-out day was very welcome and helpful. The location, close to the beach and old town was terrific - and we walked from the stations on arrival and departure. Hard to fault!

The room was not very big but sufficient. We originally had an inside facing room and in March even though it was cold outside the room was unbearably hot. There was no way to adjust the temperature to make it cooler. We had to keep the window open all night. Thankfully they switched us to a street facing room and the temperature in the room was fine. The front desk staff was understanding and helpful.

Excellent location - 3 minute walk to beach and 10 minute walk to Old Town. Good breakfast and friendly, helpful and professional staff.
