At this time of year the apartment was cold and really needed a heater. There was no one to greet people entering the restaurant and take them to a table. We could have got away without paying.

This was my third visit to HPL, all my requests were met , we did arrive early, we completed all necessary paperwork and check in requirements, and returned promptly at the Check in time, the apt was ready on schedule.the complex is quiet , safe and very well maintained. We enjoy staying here.

Really nice Hotel good food very clean and very helpful staff.Good price for what we had .The walk to the front where all the shops were was about a 10 min I found it not bad walking down but a struggle walking back.But that would not stop me booking again .There are lots of Taxis that are cheap.

The choice at the breakfast buffet was good and plentiful. However the evening buffet was a different matter. If you didn’t want to queue to enter the dining room at 6.30pm and consequently queue at the buffet stations you didn’t get the full choice on offer as some items were not replenished. When we queried why we were told to come earlier.

Fantastic stay at the Hyde Park Lane, the room was superb (54), clean and very combatable and facing the lovely garden in a quieter area of the complex. We stayed Half Board and the food was excellent, breakfast had everything you could want for and all good quality, for dinner there's a different theme every night, Spanish, Mexican, Turkish, Asian, Street Food, Greek and French we especially loved the Spanish night.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel overall, but there were some drawbacks. The main issue was the very limited choice of vegetarian food, with poor labeling making it a guessing game—soups, for example, were never marked during my 10-day stay. Additionally, the swimming pools were quite cold, which wasn’t ideal in winter. Lastly, the kitchen in the bungalows was poorly equipped; the small pot and pan provided were insufficient for cooking for a family in a two-bedroom bungalow. While the positives outweighed these issues, these aspects could use improvement.

The staff were friendly, the food selection was good , and it offered great value for money. Its location, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, was ideal. The spacious bungalows and peaceful pool area, with loungers always available even during Christmas, made it a perfect retreat.
