Sadly it rained 3 of 5 days so many of the outdoor activities had to be cancelled. This meant that most people ended up in the indoor pool or at the Spa, which resulted in time slots at the spa being snapped up quickly. That being said, the ladies at the spa couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating - moving things round to ensure I got all the treatments from all the best people. The spa is a little pricey, but the service is simply fantastic.

My 1st time staying at an Ikos and I was shocked by how amazing this place is. The staff were A++ Everyone seemed like they really liked their job and were glad to have you visit. I was always greeted with a smile and a hello from everyone. The fact that everything was included in the price and there was so much variety in terms of good quality food and drink was brilliant.

If I had to make a comment it would be about the beach . It’s not a very pretty bit of beach but with imagination the area used by the hotel could be made more attractive .

Service been slow sometimes during pick time but after u can really enjoy ur all Inclusive Holiday. Hard to find it on gps. I have seen reviews but don’t understand negative opinions about the hotel and staff

We stayed with our two boys 5 days and definitely 5* service 5*kid’s entertainment 5* show every night 5* rooms 5* pool area Best All inclusive hotel I had been in Europe. All swimming pool areas + , free room service, big selection of restaurants, hotel is brand new & they keep the high standards on. Amazing staff always happy!

The beach wasn’t great - it was full of stones which made it a bit of an ordeal getting in and out of the water, we had to wear beach shoes which the hotel provided. I prefer beaches to pools so that was a big disappointment for me nothing to do with the hotel though just Mother Nature. I’m relation to eating in the restaurants at night, despite booking for 8-830 the restaurants really close up quite early so in one or two of the restaurants we felt ignored or rushed as kitchen was closing.

Spacious, plenty of pools and well laid out with beautiful landscaping. Staff were so friendly and helpful and we found the food and drinks offering’s fantastic. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone.

The buildings / staircases with the rooms a bit “simple” The terrasse was not useable as you saw and heared the big air conditioning system of the Fresco restaurant (yes “seaview”, but not a nice one)

I had an incredible experience at this all-inclusive resort! The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my every need was met, providing truly amazing service. The food was absolutely delicious! Only con is the prices during high season and the anti slip floor at the pool which scratches the skin very bad. And we didn't like the taste of the water in the boxes they provide. The matress wasn't so comfortable.

This is the best it could get. Best team ever at Ikos andalusia. Fantastic food, lovely swimming pool and very nice facilities and food. The room is nice and basic, matress wasn't comfortable for us. Make sure you book and try all the restaurants. We really enjoyed the traditional dance show it was amazing! Also the kids entertainers were very nice. Team at kids club was beyond professional! We felt safe and in good hands. The manager is amazing. A special thanks to Maria F&B manager for making our stay wonderful and Skerdi Bregu which was the best guest relations manager we met. Lifeguard at family pool should get a reward. Service at all the restaurants was fabulous. Eleni the manager of buffet restaurant was very nice as well. I wish I could remember all the names of the team but really, everyone were so nice and polite and well trained. We can't wait to return. I am looking at the photos and jealous of myself.

Cleaning service was ad hoc and not twice per day however hotel apologiesed Beach is very bad, entrance into the water is awful restaurants offered foods that were not good - pizza in seasons restaurant was not freshly made but pre-made / microwaved. truffle pizza was awful. no fresh apple juice, at 5* resort one would expect that

Breakfast was good in general. Buffet lacked choice compared to other 5* all inclusive resorts. Kid Club Entertainers from Sharkie and George were good Football coaches for kids and staff were good. liked small baby pool - has good facilities Ice CReam and sweets stand is useful for the kids liked bike service. setting is nice
