Everything was perfect!

I was choosing between several hotels in Cala D'or and I am very happy that I chose Inturotel Esmeralda Park! Here you will feel relaxed in a friendly atmosphere. The apartments are incredibly clean, cleaned every day, there is everything you need for cooking (dishes, frying pan, pots, etc.). Be aware that you need to have your own spices. A large balcony with a wonderful view. The hotel staff is very attentive and nice, the entire hotel area is very neat and tidy. Lots of greenery on the hotel grounds, pine trees. We were amazed that the staff even wiped the dust off the trash cans and street lamps! There was enough space for everyone on the beach. The beach is also cleaned. Sea is amazing here! The bus stop to the airport is 1 minute away. There are many cafes and supermarkets nearby. I highly recommend walking a little further and shopping at the EROSKI Cala D'or supermarket, about 17 minutes walk, but you can buy there groceries there much cheaper and there is a great variety of products and fish. I dream of coming back here again!

Good location and walking distance to lots of restaurants. Located on a beautiful cala which provided the most stunning view. There is an adults only section above the hill which is very nice and relaxing.

Only point of improvement - Food could be better. Large selection at breakfast buffet, but not so tasty. The La Saldinha restaurant on beach’s food also not good.

Perfect hotel for families. Perfect location on the beach. Rooms are nice, staff is friendly and lots of activities for the kids.

We could have used more supplies for cleaning the dishes. Also our balcony was in the shade all day long.

Very nice facilities for both adults and children. Several swimming pools, beach and a bar in the middle of it. Loved it!

There was nothing we didn’t like

Excellent location right next to a small beach. Sheltered bay great for swimming - the sea was warmer than the hotel pool in September. Accommodation was faultless. We were travelling with family, including a baby, and stayed in the newly renovated apartments right next to the pool. We loved the large terraces with sea view, the very comfortable beds, the fully equipped kitchen, the modern design and storage options and the cleanliness of the apartments. We opted for half board which was good and ideal for an early dinner for the baby, but ended up eating out a few nights. It’s a 15 -20 walk into the centre of Cala d’Or where there’s a great buzz and plenty excellent restaurants and cocktail bars. This fabulous place ticked all our boxes for a family holiday in the sun. We can’t wait to visit again.

The half board was not good , the hotel charged for the soft drinks ,beers and wine . They charged even for the water which according with the Spanish law they shouldn't. I requested water and they told me that they have only in a bottle which they charged me 3.50 per bottle approximately. Next time you should check better what they are offering as a hotel on the half board and you should let your customers know . All the visitors at the hotel had the same issue. if I knew probably I wouldn't have book this hotel .

Not much to say here. Only issue I guess is that there is limited pool space / sunloungers howeve you have access to pools in the other inturotel hotels in cala d’or and an amazing beach on your doorstep!

The hotel is located near a very beautiful beach Cala Esmeralda. We had a very short way from the hotel to the beach and sea. There were enough sunbeds and one could always find a place both in the sun and in the shadow. From the hotel one could walk in the town where there any many restaurants for any taste. There were also restaurants just next to the hotel - if you do not like to walk 15 minutes. It is better to bring own beach towels, otherwise you have to rent them from the hotel (not expensive, 1,5 Euro per day, but very old and thin).

We went in Oct, so well out off season and have a 4yr old: Location and beach stunning Property is clean and mostly must have been refurbed recently Quite enough to sleep at night as some off these resorts can be very loud. Heated pool and gym. Plenty of other outdoor pools (but very cold!) Relaxing time and beautiful views with different bits to explore. We did really enjoy it! Great for families. Can see how it won’t be suitable for couples looking for quiet. (There are adult only bits!)

Everything was perfect.

I liked everything. Everything was excellent. The area, the hotel room, the cleanliness, the silence. I liked that the reception is not inside the hotel. The reception staff are very nice and friendly and help you in everything and they speak English very well. I really don't have anything I don't like. I will come back with great love anytime and recommend this hotel to families.

first couple of days room wasn't cleaned good enough.

Location was great 1 km away from cala dor center but surrounded by restaurants and supermarkets. Right in front of the beach and it was great. Breakfast and dinner were great.

The beach at the property is beautiful but far too crowded - better to rent a car and drive to the beaches outside of the town.

For the price, I think it would be good to have access to the safe and a high hair at no extra cost. The new water park ‘dragoland’ should also be free for hotel guests or at least there should be only a small fee per child and accompanying adults should not be charged.

Excellent location and very clean and modern apartment. I liked that you could use the pools at the sister hotels close by when the nearest pool was too busy or when you wanted a change of scenery.
