Just a great hotel. Food was excellent, We loved the hotel layout, facilities, and the room. Under renovation now from March for 6 months.I'm so excited to return again.

Staff is just wonderful, beautiful pool area with a lot of trees and cacti, great selection of food at dinner and breakfast, lovely newly renovated room. Main hall is full of character. Enjoyed the spa! Fantastic location - you can walk out straight onto the beach, but it’s away from tourist bustle of Playa del Carmen, feels quite chilled area.

Security seemed a bit too lax, almost no CCTV cameras... The gym needs a revamp in terms of equipment.

Very good location, close to the beach. 2 of the pools were heated so our 5 year old child was able to swim every day (November). Food was very good.

The food choice every day is excellent. They pride themselves on the variety & freshness & quality. However the vegan & vegetarian options for desserts are very limited to non-existent - rice pudding or jelly. Which given the range & quality of the dessert tables otherwise is disappointing. The lounge at Lanzarote airport has more soya options than this hotel. The poolside bar needs to separate smokers from everyone else. Too many times had to leave due to overwhelming second hand smoke. Move them to the side of the bar covered by the two trees. It’s 2024. Everyone knows the impact of passive smoking.

Our fourth stay there. Always drawn back by the location, the hotel staff and the excellent food. WiFi is strong throughout the site. All staff members are very friendly & accommodating. Location is perfect for a lazy day on the beach.

Not enough glass collection and bin emptying during the day. It was very busy in August and both bins and drink glass returns point were always full up.

Food selection was amazing for all meals. The tour of the behind the scenes in the hotel was an amazing opportunity on Tuesday mornings with the GM.

Absolutely everything. The staff - their genuine caring service, the food, the grounds, the hotel building itself, pool areas and facilities, fish in the ponds, birds visiting minute-to-minute. Absolutely everything. Absolutely outstanding. Hands down the best hospitality experience in my years traveling, in a league of its own. Paradise. Go raibh míle mhaith agaibh. (Thanks a million!)

Two key points for us : 1. Evenings – nothing much to do (aside of eating and drinking :) ) 2. Gaming room – 2Eur per game..

Family of 5, two rooms - food, employees, rooms, are all great. Employees are very friendly and helpful, reception team, Yoga girl, pool staff, restaurant team is awesome. Bar attendees are a bit too busy..
