Some of the staff could be friendlier. Green light in room that never turned off was uncomfortable. Temperature in room was too warm. We had to keep window open, and it was still warm, despite being in winter. Reveptioneis told me that is all thatcan be done about it.

Nothing really. The restaurant in the evening was hardly used and the bar area was very quiet, but that is understandable in a place like Madrid where everyone eats out in restaurants.

The location. Massively convenient. Very close to downtown metro stations and a very short walk to Grand Via. The breakfast was magnificent. The way it was laid out with an enormous choice of delicious foods was just about the best hotel breakfast we have experienced (we are frequent travellers). We didn’t eat at the hotel but sometimes had bar food which was amazing. Modern reception area. Clean and bright.

The room was excessively warm, and the only way to keep cool was to keep the window open - at the price of letting in the noise. Otherwise all was fine.

This was our second stay at the hotel, and the key reason to return was its prime location, the overall cleanliness and layout of the hotel, the generous size of the rooms, the helpful staff, and the breakfast.

TV didn't have much channels and didn't connect to the WIFI but it didn't bother us too much.

Location was perfect, right in the centre of everything. The bedroom was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The terrace was private. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a perfect location with walking distance to everything in Madrid centre. The room had a fantastic terrace (only some rooms on the 4th floor have this terrace) and the breakfast was very good. This is where I will stay next time in Madrid.

There was a green light just by the entry door, it was on all night, but I don't know what it was for and I found it disturbed my sleep.

Good position, easy to get to the major galleries, metro, train station and major sights.

Room was comfortable. Location was perfect for a walker to explore. Breakfast was delicious buffet which allowed sampling lots of different things.

The room we got was next to the elevator, It was a bit noisy. Lights operation was confusing.

The food could have been hot instead of just warm. Also, I would have liked to have been able to order a hot item such as an omelette from the kitchen.
