Only two things: Check in times were excessive. Filling in forms, which could have been done online in advance, simply by sending a form via email. Missing a safe in the room and charging for one at reception.

Very clean, tidy, sufficient facilities. Heated pools, great food and friendly staff.

Location (whilst is known) means you are a long way from anything. Pools are small, evening entertainment is very poor and size of restaurant is too small for the number of guests

Heated pools are great, on site shop is very well stocked and reasonably priced. Bed rooms are great, probably the most comfy bed I've slept in a hotel

Renting the car from other company than offered through reception lead to offer to park elsewhere, somewhere on the street. While having own parking. Food is bland and repetitive. Otherwise staff is helpful and trying its best.

Charged twice for drinks at the bar upon checkout, be wary, expensive at the bar so only visited once. Paper thin walls, can hear everything from conversations, children crying etc making sleep difficult

Easy walk into Los Cristianos or Las Americas Clean rooms great shower. Cleaners are fantastic. Plenty of sunbeds. Supermarket handy and well priced. Air-conditioning was great.

The staff was rather unfriendly. We checked in in the afternoon and we were asked to pay extra due to a booking error on our side.No problem there however we were requested to present a physical debit card although other people seemed to do just fine with virtual ones. Not sure why this was the case 🧐. The breaskfast was almost the same every day and we stayed for 10 nights, so it got booring after a while. Limited selection of fresh vegetables, mostly tomato and cucumber. Limited selection of bread, other than french toast. Coffee is absolutely horrible. Dinners were good, you could always find something ok to eat. The kids animation team seems to ignore completely and not invite non english speaking kids to participate in activities, which we found rude. All in all not so good value for money. Quite expensive for what is offers. We’ve been to better hotels for less money in Tenerife

The rooms were very spacious. we are a family with 2 small children and we definitely appreciated the two bedrooms. Pools were heated and it was nice for the kids.

If I had to be picky - The WiFi was inconsistent and we had to keep asking for it to be put on.

Lovely family suite. Plenty of room. Loads to do for the kids and lovely variation of pools and splash pools plus great entertainment schedule and amazing food.

Very old, dirty, cheap quality apartments, insects. Quite far walking distance to... anywhere. Many all inclusive clients from other travel agencies who act like pigs during the breakfast.

Amazing swimming pools for kids. Great animations for kids. Good breakfast. Internet surprisingly good for such a big complex. Private parking, a lot of spaces, costs 5 euro per day. Street parking not really possible in close neighborhood. Location if you have a car is good.

Location - nothing around hotel but a short taxi can get to the hot spots.

Family rooms are fantastic, Pools are good size.

The resort is a bit crowded (queues for breakfast/dinner, limited tables at the bar for the evening shows, limited sun beds near the pools, ...); and the afternoon reception staff is not very friendly.

Nice resort with nice pools, activities for the family (kudos to the animation team), great rooms, etc. Despite mentioning buses to the beach, we could easily walk to "Playa de la Vistas" or "Playa del Camison" without difficulties.

Located halfway between playas de los Americas and Los Cristianos. Easy 20 min walk to both. We enjoyed the walk as weather so pleasant and not a long walk. We walked by golf club. Nice walk. Liked that we could experience both areas.

The rooms quiet danger with the stairs next to entrance doors with kids is not the safest thing and in the bathroom hot water runs out quickly

Small issue really but the wine on tap wasn't great . Some weeks the food was really good others not as good but overall fine. A lot of zucchini and aubergine on the menu in various forms everyday and not appetising.

The staff are amazing. They always appear happy and delighted to serve and help. The apartments are gorgeous and very clean. The vegetation with palm trees and other exotic plants really make you think that you are in an Oasis. The foam party was great fun.

Cleaners kept asking if room available... And balcony was totally dirty. No markize on the balcony.. Broken.. Others had. Not comfortable beds.. And why twin beds.? Why stairs from tiles? AC on balcony load and cold wind. Bad lighting in rooms. Coffee machine was not working for u days 😁 actually not good coffee at all.

Location was a 30 minute walk to the centre but taxis were only €8 so not too bad!

Everything was great! Staff, pool, food, apartment!

Staff weren’t very friendly, all were a little grumpy so thinking it might not be a great place to work. The location was quite remote - 30 min walk to beach and 15 walk to closest shop. They do run 1 bus a day to the beach, though the timings weren’t great.

Pools are amazing. Good breakfast. Large rooms. Cleaning staff were brilliant and really friendly too.
