There were quite a lot of ants in the room.

Breakfast was very nice, lots of choice, fresh food. The room was big and comfortable. Location is great as well. What I like most about this hotel is that it is very small (compared to big resorts). And one more important thing - the water in the pool is very warm. I imagine it has more than 30 degrees Celsius. Perfect for winter vacation.

That our towels were taken away from sunbed when we went for breakfast, even though there were plenty spare beds. The room was not cleaned efficiently. Still crumbs on floor, dirty sink and shower not cleaned properly.

We have been here twice before. We love the location and lovely suite. Breakfast is great with lots of choice. Staff very helpful and friendly.

Wonderful hotel, the location was perfect, it felt very secluded, with a quiet, peaceful environment, lovely helpful and informative staff, room was spotless large and very modern. The only thing to be mindful of was you had to be fast to get a sun lounger, but as we went out most days we didn't mind. Oh and the pool was heated 'fantastic' because the sea is cold but refreshing. Breakfast was a very selective continental, plenty for everyone. We would recommend this hotel. It's

USB sockets next to bed did not work, a little disturbing noise from the construction site on the hotel area which they expand aditional facilities...

Very nice and cozy hotel, super clean and modern, nice pool areas that despite some people never really felt too busy...Rooms are very spacious and clean, larg bathroom was a great match for my daughter. Staff very friendly and supportive, food for Breakfast and Dinner was excellent.

Tad noisy with some building works outside and a bit noisy with loo flushing down pipes within walls if you are on the ground floor. Toilet could be a bit smelly with drainage system.

The room was clean but had a twin switched to a double room so there were no bedside tables or reading lights near the bed. I had asked before we arrived if we could have a double so this was disappointing .

Had a bit of noise from the building works going on to extend and improve the hotel further but our room was quite close to the works and some mornings the banging started at 7:30am. I knew we would have a bit of noise from the works but I did think this was a little early to start. For the most part though it was fine.

Great location at the heart of the resort. Huge good standard of room and all round grounds and facilities were kept really well. Staff are very friendly and were always accommodating. Heated pools are a big plus in January

Our room was a bit dated. There are renovated rooms available, as we could see into the neighboring rooms which looked a lot more modern, so I'd suggest requesting a renovated room. There is construction going on to add retail on to the street side of the hotel, so it might be noisy during the day right now if staying on that side.

Nice hotel with wonderful swimming pools in a very pretty setting. The breakfast buffet is really wonderful, better than just about any hotel we've stayed at. The hotel is right next to a wonderful beach path and on the other side is the town of Costa Teguise with tons of restaurants and shops.

This is not a brand new hotel and this could be seen in some of the detail, but overall it was a perfect place for a weeks holiday during the English winter.

This is a perfectly located hotel close to all amenities and the sea. Staff were delightful and the deluxe double room had a very large comfortable bed. Bathroom was spacious with a nice large shower cubicle.
