We were staying in Valencia for our honeymoon and we wanted an apartment to have enough space. The apartment was great, good balcony and facilities. The staff left us a hand written note and some chocolates, in recognition of our honey, which was a lovely touch. All of the staff were very kind and welcoming. We would 100% stay there again if back in Valencia.

It's hard to find something not to like. For us, the only thing which was a bit disturbing were the outside window blinds which were very noisy on the windy days ( we also stayed at 6th floor and the wind was blowing really hard). I don't think something can be done to help with that.

The apartment is located in a perfect zone regardless of travelling alone, in a group or family. It's a walking distance to Aquarium and Old Town ( about 20 minutes), Turia gardens are at 3 minutes walking distance, the beach can be reached out via multiple buses. It has a 24h reception and very helpful staff. We bought the tickets to main atractions ( zoo, aquarium) from them and it helped us a lot. The room is large, well equipped and confortable. You have lots o great places to eat in a walking distance ( 10-15 minutes) as well as coffee bars or self-served restaurants at all prices( from cheap and good to expensive and great). The staff was very flexible and accomodate all our requests, we had late late check-out and we still had to leave the luggage at their place.

Location is ideal and family friendly food options are nearby. The children enjoyed quick access to beach and the neighborhood felt safe.

The sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. Sunken mattress. English breakfast tea (black tea) would also be nice to have and milk.

The fact that the beds were sliding around, and our daughter was about to slip in between them a few times during the night. She wasn't feeling comfortable sleeping in the baby bed, so we took her in. And there was a suicidal pigeon, that tried a few times to break in, even thou' the balcony door was closed.

The location is great. It is close to bus stations, close to the metro, next to Turia, there were nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and if you like walking it is 15 mins from the center of Valencia. It is also pretty close to the Oceanographic and Gulliver park, if you have a kid those are two great pluses. Also if you'd like to go to the beach, there is a direct bus from the corner of a block away.

No air conditioning hence it felt stuffy and a little too warm for a good night sleep. We have had to leave the balcony doors all night. There was some traffic noise, etc. as the room was facing the street.

We stayed here for a few days during pur visit to Valencia. The room was spacious and clean, we stayed at the top floor. The issue for me was related to the noise. Although they mention the rooms are noise proof, we had a communicating door to the next room, so we heard everything they were saying. It was really hard to sleep, so that was a big minus for me. Wouldn't recommend the place if you are a light sleeper.

Very nice and spacious studio but there are some things that need to be changed. The bed is quite comfortable (the matress) but the fact that there are 2 bed on wheels(!) you can easily fall between the gap of them. This was very annoying . Another thing..if there is a windy weather the outside curtains make a very loud noise and you can’t sleep at all. And another thing that I didn’t like and didn’t understand.. the rooms were cleaned everyday ,they made the beds that had an weird bed linen.. but they didn’t cleaned the floors .. not even once 😣 The price is fair, I really like the location and the modern design

More pricey during the Fallas festival, compared to summer / autumn.

Great location, clean, big, comfortable room and bathroom, nice service. Visited during the Fallas, the location of the hotel was perfect to reach the city center for most sculptures and festivities and the Opera House for the fireworks. Highly recommended.
