How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty

- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Location- a bit out of the main centre of Alicante so need to use bus and trams - having said that though it is good to get away from the main centre and relax
Clean environment and friendly staff, relaxed location. Roof bar is amazing. Would recommend this Hotel.

I was there for a family reunion, so didn't have time to really use all the facilities. ie: restaurant ,pool or mola food truck. But bar staff were great
On arrival receptionists very welcoming. I had to wait for my room, but as it was already explained no issue. And turnover of room was quicker than imagined.

For the price, the room was quite basic though.

Breakfast was just OK, they did not have any Gluten-free or Vegan products, just Gluten free bread and different types of planet-based milk. nothing else special for vegan or Gluten free guests. The water in the room was not drinkable.
The Hotel is nice and new the staff is nice and the location is Good near the beach and near the bus and train station to getto the city.

All great!
Wonderful hotel. Super clean. Comfy bed. A wide variety of choices at breakfast, breakfast was well managed. Fabulous roof terrace with pool and the best views. Good location to access public transport into Alicante city but also benefit of beautiful beaches and walks. Quiet setting.

The breakfast: not lots of raw veggies, and the hot meals were always the same. The fruit section was better. The room: the bed was really bad; one time, the room service staff took all our towels and didn't put new ones in. And it was a hassle to get some new ones from the reception. The staff: besides the reception staff and very few people in the restaurant, nobody speaks English, only Spanish. We ordered room service and we barely made ourselves understood. Tip for the hotel: hire more people who speak English.
The hotel was located in a very nice area of Alicante, very close to the beach. The breakfast was more than decent, with lots of options, even though these were almost always the same. They didn't change a lot of these options. We tried eating dinner one time, and it seemed better than breakfast. The staff was always really helpful, and the hotel was spotless.

The soundproofing is very poor. I kept hearing people talking and crying at night, so I couldn’t sleep well. In addition, we asked for a room with three single beds, but we were given two single beds and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was unsleeping, with a very thin mattress and a very thin blanket. The rooftop swimming pool is very small and shallow.
The hotel looks beautiful and is close to the beach. The breakfast is delicious. The waiters are also very nice.

We were waiting a long time for our room to be ready even though we were there for 3 which is supposed to be check in time - did not get our room until after 6pm

No facilities to dry wet clothes after bathing. No marking of allergens on the food. Reception staff were not helpful. Not washing machines available, only hotel laundry which was on the pricy side.

Nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast and dinner were really good. It's not far from the beach. We were there during a power outage, but we hardly noticed it because the hotel managed everything very well.

The breakfast was one of the best I've ever experienced in a hotel! We had dinner too at the buffet one night and it exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptional and so helpful too. The roof terrace pool and bar made it for us though! It was super close to a lovely beach and a bus that you could get around the corner brought you to the centre of Alicante in 20 mins or so. Overall it was a really gorgeous hotel and would stay again.

Small gym and sauna.

The pool is nice but it much better if they put heater on the pool because the water is cold.
i like the buffet Breakfast and Dinner. The food is absolutely Delicious and the Staff in the buffet room are really Amazing.

Location of the hotel is the only thing that makes it 9 not 10. About 15 minute drive from Alicante town centre.
