Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe only thing I thought was annoying that no water was supplied at dinner or water stations around the hotel. Pool was a bit too small to accommodate number of guests at full capacity and the towels in sunbeds very annoying, especially when left for hours with no one coming to sit on them. Food was great. Something for everyone in my opinion.
Spotlessly clean and far enough away from the noise and bustle of the strip. Great rooms with daily maid service. Definitely glad we had a pool view room
