If I have to pick what wasn’t too good, then it was spa.. my partner got me a package with massage and facial.. the lady was very nice but clearly didn’t know what she was doing.

We loved the place and pretty much everything about it.. and we are quite demanding guests usually I have to say! Peaceful and civilised atmosphere, clean light rooms, very nice restaurant with great food for both breakfast and dinner which was open even earlier than officially was supposed to. Surprisingly high quality cocktails and very nice cheap sangria which is rear for hotels. 3 min to the beach which was gorgeous and if you walk along the sea line, you’ll see more fascinating views! Few min walk to town restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacy. We celebrated my birthday in one of the seaside touristic cafes where you never expect good food but it was great! So yea, we highly recommend it for a nice good quality kids free holiday!

Aircon not very effective in room, so room warmer than I’d like. No internal lock on my door (was broken) which as a solo traveller was a bit disappointing. Dinner items hit and miss, some really nice, some not nice.

Clean, modern, lovely pool areas, friendly staff and reasonable prices at snack bar. Great breakfast selection, food good. Massage good too!

There is a slight hill up to the property which may be difficult for some people. There is entertainment on every night apart from Monday. This was quite loud in the evenings. I told the receptionist but nothing was done about it. I ate in the hotel one evening and the quality of the food was poor.

The hotel was in a good location. It was easy to get to other places on the bus to Palma and El Toro. The room was comfortable. The indoor swimming pool was really nice.

That steep bit of hill to get to main entrance! Would have preferred dinner to start at 6pm.

The hotel has 4 different buildings with 1 reception. On one day, our key card was not working and we had to walk a couple of times from one building to the other to sort out this issue. Also on our last night, there was an issue with the water supply, but the hotel reception responded to our call very quickly and managed to fix the problem within 10 minutes so this was very nice. Our room was quite cold in the night, but the hotel provided us with a blanket when we complained.

Staff was friendly, the location was nice and the room, bathroom and Pool were very clean. The breakfast and dinner Buffets were really good . They also have a 24*7 reception. The room also had a Kettle, so we could have tea on some nights when we felt cold.

The room was far to hot.

Loved the room it was very spacious and had a lovely jacuzzi tub on a big balcony. Loved the amount of swimming pools to choose from and the relaxed atmosphere.

The WIFI was very poor! Their teabags were awful. Otherwise, it was a good break. Entertainment was a little bit samey.

Very thin walls and can hear people very clearly in the hallway. Some noise late at night and early in morning with people going out/coming in.

Friendly staff. Great location by the beach, nice view from the balcony. Good spread of options for breakfast and dinner.

The cleaning could have been better, a few times I found dark hairs on the floor that couldn’t have been ours. The breakfast was okay, offering many options, but I felt like it was very british, with almost no spanish food.

Only one thing. The Wifi service was unstable and slow. 4G was good, so we were ok.

The staff was great and so were the facilities, food, services and location. We had a perfect time, thanks!

The bathroom sink tube was broken and as soon as we opened the tap the bathroom got flooded, I reported it immediately, nothing was done. The next day I actually went to the reception and reported again. Still, nothing was done until we checked out.

Drinking water is not included in room service. This is the first time I've seen this. Is it hard to put a bottle of water once a day? We came to the spa at 11am, it was horribly dirty. We didn't even go into the jacuzzi, there was dirt and hair at the bottom, we never understood why our room was called premium, because it was just an ordinary room, very standard, with a side view of the sea, spa included in the price - dirty. Drinking water - no. The food in the restaurant is not bad in taste, but the choice is very small, take this into account.

This hotel is awesome! It's super close to the beach, and the rooms are really nice, clean, and comfy. The soundproofing is amazing, so you can get a good night's sleep. Plus, the rooftop pool has a fantastic view, especially during sunsets. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious, and I loved the various options each day.
