Location was great for jumbo centre 👍 Looked at breakfast to buy,very poor. So I was happy with room and pool. But not very inviting for outside bar for the size of the hotel. Just a good room only happy stay.

This is our 2nd time staying at Ritual this time we went for a self-contained unit with kitchen. Both stays we have had issues with fridges. Christmas the fridge just was not cold do had to bin lots of food. This time even on the lowest setting it froze everything so again lots of spoiled food and drink, which is disappointing. The Kitchen and facilities are very basic and the whole venue is very very tired and needs a good make over and refurb. Wifi kept dropping out Bathroom is small, shower head kept falling apart and paint came off the wall whilst showering. it just needs some time money and tic invested in it. Saying that we would stay again.

The staff are really friendly and helpful, the location is good. Food and Drink is reasonably priced.

Shower in bathroom could do with some upgrading and a deep clean. Air con didn't work. Phone didn't work to call reception

Junior suite room was really nice with the separated living room area with fridge. Two TVs. Nice big balcony that was private. Staff were fantastic especially on reception.

The Noise from the nightclub

Nice place to stay. near all of the highlights of the resort... Only Negative was the Noise from the night club that went on well into the early hours. good place to stay, but a little overpriced... Don't forget your earplugs

Great location just next to the yumbo, downside is you can still hear music pumping until 4am which may stop you getting to sleep. Overall though great value for money, I’d defo stay again

This lovely hotel is getting tired, begging for a paint job! Those bold colours need maintenance, and chipped paint in bathroom etc very obvious when it's bright blue painted onto white tiles. Seems bizarre for such a social property that there was nowhere - not even a vending machine - to get drinks after 8pm.

Its a hotel from the 1980's a bit dated but clean and practical . Pillows are like round logs and very uncomfortable. No ventilation in bedroom or bathroom.

Good location next to Yumbo centre full of shops and resteraunts and night life. short walk to bus stop for all bus connections over whole island . very nice and helpful staff , apartment had all cooking facilities big rooms and balcony overlooking a lovely swimming pool and surroundings. Adults only so no children running around , Mixed clientele , LGBT friendly great for people watching . Supermarket with everything needed next door to hotel entrance . Good value for money at £100 per night .

Noticed overall it needed some work on decoration where the paintwork was flaking off, skirting board was effected by dampness and locks didn’t work.

Ritual is literally behind Yumbo Centre and convenient 15 mins walk to San Fernando to experience local atmosphere, cafes, shops, supermarkets and restaurants

Very near to the nightclub so noise can be a bit annoying although the hotel is very well soundproofed. Great if you’re a younger partyer.
