We waited 25 mins to get checked in and unfortunately we booked suite but you had to use steps to get down anywhere with the pram. This wasn’t easy if wanted to go out on your own.

Staff were absolutely exceptional and really made the trip enjoyable. The location and outdoor space are absolutely amazing and the access to the sea and the pools are beautiful. Great cocktails from the outdoor bar and the breakfast and dinner were fab! Highly recommend a sea view as the views from the hotel rooms are absolutely stunning. Bus stop is right outside the hotel to Palma… €2 but must be paid in cash. Was worried there wouldn’t be much around in terms of shops but a little supermarket right outside and a stunning beach right down the road.

Lunch meal seemed undercooked, might have been a one off and staff were apologetic. Didn't get to try the dinner meals. Drain smell in bathroom was strong, but I think that might be a common issue.

We really enjoyed staying here. Santiago was really helpful at reception. Its a lovely hotel with access for sea swim and indoor/outdoor pool and sauna etc all included. Buffet breakfast was great too. Very spacious 1 bedroom with balcony. Clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend if you don't mind being out of the city a bit (about 30- 40 minutes by bus to centre, bus stop outside hotel, about €35 euro taxi from airport).

The balcony in my room did not have a screen and I liked to leave it open to listen to the ocean, Beware the Mallorcan Mosquito!!

The free breakfast exceeded expectations, plenty of variety, including cooked to order omellette, fresh squeezed OJ, every pastry under the sun.

This is one of our favourite spots in the world. The hotell is beautiful next to the ocean. Staff is great, breakfast is great and location in Illetas i great. I shouldn't even write this because we want this spot for our selfes...

Our room wasn't very clean upon arriving; the sofas were so dirty we did not even want to sit on it. After complaining at the reception, they were very aware and tried to solve as well as possible. There is not much to do around the hotel. Taxis are spare and you will need to wait a while.

We loved the view and the balcony! There was a small beach with restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are spacious, but not very welcoming decorated. Personnel was lovely.

Our room was right above the kitchen fan making impossible to sit at the terrace. Also the loading area where rubbish bins or glasses were packed was always noisy in the mornings. Similarly we could hear the street via the corridor which is open to the street. So overall the room was not meeting the 4stars.

Even the updated rooms look very run down. Broken mirrors, broken tiles in the shower, deep dents in the wall and dirty walls. No silence lining around the door, you can hear everything that is going on in the corridor. Beach bar staff (one girl) kept talking to her BF on the phone and ignoring the guests. It was fine for us, something we could ignore but it does influence my scoring.

Breakfast, access to the beach, atmosphere and reception staff. Every evening there is entertainment at the bar. Bus stop is right next to the hotel which brings you to the city center in about 40mins. Sugggested car rental was great. If you are two or more persons, not worth renting a bicycle, as it costs the same as the car. SPA was decent as well, no service or tea, but saunas were good.

Because the hotel is on the side of a cliff, lots of steps to get to the different areas. There are lifts to get everywhere except to the pools which are at the bottom. Only shower gel, no shampoo, body lotion etc so a bit sparse for a 4* hotel. A bottle of water in room on arrival, told not to drink tap water but no more water provided. Not everything working in the spa and the jacuzzi area in the indoor pool was very small.

Location, staff very pleasant and helpful, wellness centre and spa, excellent buffet breakfast and dinner, nice pool area, great views across the bay. 4 different areas for bedrooms, ours across the road in refurbished block. Near Palma, free buses stopped outside hotel, easy to order a taxi

The food in the restaurant was not good at all

We had a fantastic view from our room! We were in the building across the street, the room felt modern and fresh. The pool area was nice with different spots and the location of the hotel was good with the bus stop just outside 😄

Unfortunately, we also had negative experiences with certain things. Some staff were nice and helpful. Others were lazy and unbothered. The waitress/waiter at breakfast would not speak English and struggle to communicate. Once checked in, we were encouraged/almost forced to pay their 15€ private parking, whereas we were ok with leaving the car outside the hotel - for free, as parking was free on Sundays. The quality of the food was cheap, but the price was hefty. I have read many reviews of the showers flooding, and that happened to us as well, despite having communicated it to the staff.

This hotel was a bit of a hit and miss. The outside building was STUNNING. I have countless pictures taken from their many balconies, and they all seem coming out of a movie. The room we were given (number 24 - partial ocean view) had a beautiful balcony and was located in a quieter side of the hotel. The bed and pillows were soooo comfortable.

The rooms are with no noise isolation. Everything from the corridor and showers from next apartments is heard. No enough places to hang towels, especially at the balcony.

The staff was very polite, the welcome drink was really a surprise. The food in the restaurant and the service was very good. We liked the atmosphere in the hotel with the compilation of old furniture and paintings and the new stuff, the terraces and the garden, the way the access to beach and sea is organised.

Our first room needing upgrading and the aircon didn’t work but they moved us (after I made a fuss) Also there were simply not enough sunloungers for all the guests

Room very basic and outdated for the price. Our room was above the stage so was very noisy of a night.

Beautiful location. Fantastic breakfast with great variety of food and drink. Great facilities.
