Noisy neighbours (next door apartments) at various hours of day and night but this can happen in any accommodation. Rubber protectors for the sun loungers and chairs would be great to reduce the scraping noise.

Excellent location, very well furnished apartment, excellent cleaning and housekeeping, very good swimming pool, very helpful staff on reception from welcome to departure. Could not fault the overall offering, really good

Cleanliness friendliness overall a great place

We have stayed here twice a year for the last 26 years the cleanliness of the accommodation and public areas exceptional. The staff are extremely friendly and very knowledgeable most welcoming.

I would have liked to change the pool towels every 3 days instead of weekly.

Riccardo from the Animation team was brilliant and made the holiday for the kids.

There were only a couple of things. The sofa bed was really uncomfortable but I was told that if I had mentioned it they would have brought a mattresses topper and the umbrella on the balcony was ripped.

I loved that the complex was great for people with disabilities. Also that it was so eco friendly. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Apartments had absolutely everything you needed. The location was fabulous.

Not the fault of the property, but as soon as you walk out of the complex the environment is a bit "cheap and cheerful" and its not the best beach of Tenerife. Would be even better if we get the pool towels included in the price.

Very nice complex, good bar and pool is nice. Also parking facilities are great (and you need that, if you have a car)

Unfortunately our apartment wasn’t cleaned well when we checked in: the bathroom / toilet was dirty. Nothing too bad but it wasn’t nice.

The apartments are located in a wonderful location, 2 minutes walk from the beach and 10 minutes walk from Playa del Duque (amazing beach). The apartments are well equipped. All the staff of the resort was wonderful, from the desk to the animators! Really professional and kind.

We liked that the accommodation is only on 2 levels, much of which overlooks the large (heated) pool. The staff were, without exception, lovely and very helpful. From Ruth, Rachel and Nestor on reception, Ricardo who tirelessly entertained both kids and grown ups day and night and the brilliant Francisco, his wife and their team who kept us fed and watered at the poolside bar.

This year there was a new rule - no balls or inflatables of ANY type in the pool other than tiny childs swim ring/arm bands. We really don't agree with this and judging by the complaints from all around us nor do most guests! Even tiny children were being told they couldn't play with their little balls. Yet there is nothing else for little kids to do in the pool and even for adults it's too chilly to just stand around, and not really big enough to properly swim. If the reason is because someone has been playing too roughly then just tell them off not deny everyone! We have been here for 20 years and never een problems - in the past if groups of older kids got a bit careless the lifeguard would tell them to calm down and they did so to now have this stupid rule it has put us off. The kids (not just ours) were bored and in the end we ended up leaving the resort in the day as a result and going to beach or other pools. This is not an "adults only" resort so why make it like that. Even my elderly parents like to throw a ball around a bit in the pool to keep them active and have a bit of fun. Please reconsider!

Very clean with lovely staff - all very friendly, professional and helpful. Resort is well maintained compared to many in the area. Location is perfect - a short 5 min walk down the path opposite to the beach, with lots of good restaurants nearby. Pool is heated slightly which is perfect in April.

We arrived on Saturday and didn't have our towels changed until Tuesday. I had to go to the reception desk to request some. The check-in time, 4 p.m., is very late, although the staff allowed us to check in at 3.30 pm. Check-out is too early, 10 am.

The bed was very comfortable. Always had a great night's sleep. The location was fantastic, in the middle of everything. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The grounds were very clean. There were sunbeds outside each apartment and the kitchen had all the facilities you could ever need.
