Great location for the local golf course

The Spa would be better with a Sauna. Heated pool was closed but in fairness the main pool was not to Baltic!

Terrace was amazing. Apartments are really big and have everything you need. There was even British channels on the TV! The luggage Porter is a wonderful young man very attentive and always had a smile .

A little further out from the tourist hot spots but easy enough to get around with buses and occasional taxis.

The swimming pool wasn’t heated this time of the year! The ladies of the restaurant was really rough and impolite!

Could do with a spruce up . Parking is extra and very tight. The complex is right at the end of one way road which means having to go all way round every time you come back. Pools are good but silly rools mean you can't do anything no balls no inflatables etc etc ridiculous. Restaurants on cite not too good.

It was a nice complex with good sized accommodation. Most of the staff very friendly.

We liked everything, just our preferences are different than other people's. It was a little distance from places. Great if you enjoy walking ( we cant unfortunately)

Excellent property, so clean and spacious. The terrace was 😍. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the security gate man was such a happy gentlemen. All the cleaning personnel were so nice. A great little shop on site to get fresh bread rolls ect every morning and all the basics. Tennis court, outdoor exercise equipment, childrens playgrounds

Everything. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough. The facilities were top notch. The food at the pool bar delicious and also the wee bar next to the reception the food was also lovely.

The wellbeing and gym were unavailable during our stay due to planned refurbishment. This is one of the main reasons we picked this venue so it was disappointing. I would like to have been advised in advance to allow for alternative arrangements. The pool was open 9-5 and would have preferred it to be available a little earlier.

Clean and well maintained apartment and grounds. Good size pool. Good location for access to local bus routes and quick trip from airport. Reception were quick to reply to any queries.

Restaurants in the area were close at 9pm There is only one, the smallest pool heated! And they are closing it at 5PM our kids were disappointed (all pools are closed at 5pm) Big pool was cold and children pool, closed. There is small shop with everything you need on a daily basis 8am-10pm. Parking costs 8eur per day If you want to use grill 3 eur from the day you are using Un till the end of the reservation, can't use it once or twice, have to pay for period .

Rooms was superb, spacious, two bathrooms, close to the pool area with nice backyard with BBQ area (for extra price)

Originally booked an apartment with a washing machine and only took a few items of clothing. No washing machine ….but didn’t spoil our holiday !

The swimming pool is nice, but it is only open from 09:00-17:00. We like exploring the Island and hiking during the day and it was a pity that we couldn't swim anymore when returning later in the afternoon.

Very comfortable beds, clean apartment. Nice facilities (swimming pool, table tennis, pool billiards, tennis court). Close to the airport (~10-15 minutes drive). Small supermarket onsite, with fresh bread in the morning. Good place to stay!

Location is really windy, this side of Tenerife has wind all of the time - not much of the sunbathing weather in February ( much less windy on western side of Tenerife). A little bit too quiet - bar was often closed, other quests eldely British golf-people. Not much to do without car. Pool was closed at 5 p.m. already! Really early checkout - 10 o clock.

Quiet peaceful location, good beds, nice warm heated pool during wintertime. Superb supermarket with hot pastery in mornings.

Kitchen was under constant attack of ants, long walk from reception and even more so - from parking that was outside of facility (there is inside parking too but never available according to reception). In general nothing was available when asked :) gym not included in price, parking not included in price.

Amazing space, view, facilities inside the house were pretty much new, comfy, calm considering landing planes but we are used to them from where we live. Nice warm pool.

Air traffic noise was occasionally intrusive. But we got used to it…. The circular drive system was a tad annoying & there was always lots of traffic to get out of the location

Supernice set up, away from overcrowded Americas and Cristianos. Spacious rooms. Very nice pool, beautiful garden. Convenient little supermarket, and cafe and pool bar
