As it was my first night in the hotel, I came back from beach, I saw people queuing up for restaurant and I went to ask the lady on the restaurant door what time do you finish serving food, as I am walking from elevator restaurant door the host started shouting 'you must wear a t-shirt' I found this extraordinary and embarrassing

The buffet wasn't great at all. Selection was only ok. Fried eggs were not cooked enough. The hotel needs a freshening up. Bathroom is separate with a sliding door. Lots of groups of school trips and younger crowd.

The activities team were very good. The pool was open late. The rooms very nice and beds comfy. Location was good, 10mins stroll to beach.

The wait for the lifts was a bit frustrating, especially when we had our bags as there lots of young people staying at the hotel and moving about at similar times to us. The stairs were fine, but when we had bags that wasn't an ideal option.

The view from the balcony over the neighbouring hotel's pool was nice, the room was fine, the breakfast was good although the breakfast room was big so quite noisy, but it is a big hotel so needed that size to cater for all guests. Check in and out was smooth and staff were helpful. The location is between Fenals and Lloret and there is a short walk to both areas, but it is a bit of a hill.

Somewhat outdated hotel but that didn´t bother us too much. The hotel was noisy, lots of child groups with little or no supervision, breakfast was like a battlefield. It was ok stay for few nights, not really relaxing though.

Sound from next food I could hear and listen to the next door room

There where a great many children / teenagers, that’s ok but a bit noisy at 1 pm Also the room sound proofing is poor I could hear the conversation next room I was in 207

i was with my family on half board basis (something that i don't usually book. honestly i was surprised with the quality of food and the selection of food during Dinner and also breakfats. Definately highly recommended

There were too many guests(groups of children), and the hotel management was not ready for it, no free tables in the restaurant, very short time for breakfast, the food was all messy. The workers were doing best they could, but the people in the organization could do better

There was no door on the bathroom. Fortunately I was not sharing but I would have preferred not to have to stare at the toilet all of the time. The food tended to be the same all of the time. Healthy options not very available, only salad.or fruit. Lots of sugar

great value for money. meal deal, evening & breakfast buffet (with hot suggestions) and one night stay for two for less than 100euros. Room on sixth floor attributed with a fantastic view across Lloret. Balcony spacious however although private, can be seen by the neighbours if sun bathing ! Room modern deco, minimaliste.. great power shower. Hotel up a hill. Road side parking free and easy to find in November.

There were a few groups of young people, who weren't as well behaved as they should be, things we thrown off there balconies which were just above the entertainment area . The price of the parking at €22 per day

We loved the top floor refurbished room, balcony was great with amazing views, 2 rooms both ensuite. The food was really nice with lots of choices.

Nothing really. A busy hotel with a very diverse guest make up but all friendly and polite.

The children loved the pool and the activities. The animation team were particularly friendly. It felt safe and sure with plenty for the children to do whilst still in sight of parents. The room we had was spacious and airy.
