A lovely warm welcome on arrival. The reception team were friendly and helpful with any questions i asked. The whole staff team from the reception, bar and cleaners were professional and friendly at all times. A great stay. The hotel is so clean and beautiful.

There was an excellent range of options at the breakfast buffet, hotel was fabulous and spotlessly clean and staff couldn't have been nicer. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and would certainly return.

It seems to be the norm to charge guests a parking fee, that said, we had previously stayed at the Parador in Salamanca and a hotel in Seville that offered free parking.

The hotel was recommended by friends who stayed a couple of years ago. I have to say I'm pleased we followed their recommendations as it lived up to everything they said. It was ideally situated for a visit to the Royal Andalusian School of Equestrian Art and only a 5 minute walk from the hotel. Excellent accommodation with extremely helpful staff.

The outdoor pool was perfect after my half marathon run in Jerez. I also used the indoor pool in the morning which was a much better option than a cold swim. Breakfast was great, lots of choice and value for money.

Excellent location - walking distance into town. Lovely grounds and pool. Our room had a terrace looking out onto gardens and was very quiet. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. There is a tapas bar, a restaurant and a bar which is both indoor and outdoor, overlooking the gardens and pool. Had an excellent omelette and chips for about 6-7 euros, freshly cooked. Very good buffet breakfast with huge choice and eggs cooked to order. All areas felt spacious, clean and bright. Good parking which is reduced to 9 Euros at reception for residents. Highly recommended.

The hotel has everything you need and is very comfortable. The hotel room is very large with a lovely terrace enjoying lovely views of the gardens and pool. Easy parking. Excellent WiFi connections. Walking distance to centre. Highly recommend.

Visited at Easter so parking was a bit tricky. Car park fills up early in the evening.

Everything. This is my second stay. I was visiting someone who had a car. Breakfast is fabulous, plenty of choice. Grounds and gardens are spacious and well maintained. Hotel is set back from the road so quiet. Short drive to El Puerto de Santa Maria.

This was our fourth stay at this hotel and we were allocated a recently refurbished room on the ground floor. I was astounded to find that our room had no USB ports at all. We were therefore unable to charge our phones, watches or laptop. We ended up sitting in our car on the hotel car park and running the engine for almost an hour to put some charge onto our iPhones. This the only problem we faced during a truly special stay.

This was a really unique hotel (LOVED the architecture and pool!). We loved having the large balcony which even had a rack for drying our clothes!! Wonderful staff. Great BIG breakfast which even had customer-made omelets etc if you wanted.
