Small, traditional Spanish hotel . Spotlessly clean . Perfect location in the resort . Staff can't do enough for you , always smiling . All areas of the hotel are constantly being cleaned and tidied. Breakfast good , and available for 3 full hours . Bedroom clean and comfortable,basic , but this is only a 3 star so to be expected.

The staff could perhaps smile a little more and be more comfortable ‘off-script’ the customer focus and help was definitely there but felt scripted and tick box… I got told NO a couple of times for things that they actually could have helped me with… These comments are meant positively and to help the team just raise themselves up a little more. It felt a bit like ‘unless it makes us money, we won’t do it’ - I know it’s a business but in the hospitality industry there is also an emotional level needed

It’s in a perfect location and is immaculately clean and well presented… it is very welcoming and I had the perfect room…. The arrangements with the bike garage was great and easy to access. I felt safe. Hopefully I will get the same room next time

Private beachfront area not in full service as it presumably traditionally has been. Had to use beach further along, but I was told about this before booking. No interior bar area .

Lovely beachfront pedestrian terrace for breakfasting with a sea view, boats, and people watching. Comfortable, traditional interior and a family run vibe. Comfortable good sized room with large outside space with brolly and sunbeds. Excellent buffet breakfast with hit food efficiently served as full English breakfast. Friendly reception staff and daily cleaning.

Breakfast was decent (there was a cooked option to order) but it wasn't exceptional.

We loved the old school charm of this beautiful hotel. It's like something from a slightly different time and was all the more endearing for its character from a yesteryear. I would say without doubt that it occupies the best position in the whole of Pollensa. It is about 25 yards from the sea, separated only by a lovely promenade. The atmosphere is so pleasant and it was a pleasure to enjoy the gentle rhythm of life from our balcony. We would highly recommend.

Lovely location on pine walk. Rooms spacious and kept clean. Sea view worth the extra although we did go when cafe below was closed so maybe in high season noise from that may make sitting on balcony less enjoyable. Fridge in room did make quite a bit of noise and could do with an upgrade. Selection at breakfast was its let down. Need more prepared fresh fruit and choice of juices not just OJ. Selection of pastries not refreshed often enough. The fact hot food is cooked to order is good but the choice never changed. Don’t ask to see “the menu” as this is interpreted as you want a full English!

Sis Pins is a very traditional hotel which is nice on one hand but I felt some updates were required my bathroom was a bit tired looking and only 1 shelf for toiletries etc,Breakfast was okay but the continental option was not very exciting only one option of cut fruit(same each day)and only one type of cheese(apart from foil triangles),olives,cold meats etc.which I have always found the norm in Spain was not available.Also on both days at breakfast between selecting items I told the waitress that I was just going to get tea for example and not to take my cutlery and juice away,both times they took my items away and someone else had taken my table!!The area provided for sunbathing is literally a concrete area very unattractive if it was tiled it wouldlook much nicer.The position of the hotel is great but it's definately needing a bit of TLC.

Sis Pins is on the Pine Walk and sitting eating breakfast you are looking out to the beautiful bay of Puerto Pollensa,it is a convenient location and my room was a good size and to the rear of hotel so quiet.Reception staff were very helpful especially Victoria and Marga who both gave a warm welcome.

A fabulous location, with friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has old fashioned charm and offers a relaxed buffet breakfast with a good choice. The terrace at the front of the hotel directly overlooks the lovely bay and is perfect for relaxing and watching the world go by.

The bed and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. The property was quite old and the walls between rooms were quite thin so you could hear your neighbours.

Absolutely fabulous location right on the beach. Very clean. Beautiful view. Good value for money. Gorgeous coffee shop attached to the hotel.

The absolutely awful constant cheap and nasty loud background music which drones out of Cappacinos( a cafe bar franchise) in the front of the hotel. It starts at about 09.00 and is non-stop until 23.45 - DISGRACEFUL!! Just what you don’t want to listen to on your sea view balcony

Towels in bedroom were thin and needing replaced. Having to carry heavy sunbeds to patio area was awkward and annoying.

No chairs set up on lido with parasols. To sit inside is rather dark. It is no fun having to carry your chair down to the lido from your room, and then there is no shade. I have put up with this (licencing?) problem for several years, but with great regret, have had enough.
