Wi-Fi could be better near the pool.

The room and the view from our room and the terrace outside was beautiful, very peaceful and staff were attentive. Extended breakfast hours until 12noon were much appreciated.

A brilliant location with Moorish styled remnants around the terrace area. Such a great place to dine. The room was delightful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The service from the staff was first class from arrival to departure.

We really loved the hotel, beautiful scenery and rooms, absolutely amazing! So good to be a bit outside the centre in this serene place with amazing views. The staff, especially at the front desk and the person showing us around were very friendly! The restaurant is in our opinion overpriced (especially lunch and starters - 22 euros for a very tiny portion) and the choice is limited , which is such a shame as the venue is stunning and it’s really lovely to have dinner at the terrace. The hotel should consider some more compatible prices and a broader assortment (perhaps some Middle Eastern choices given the history of the building) to prevent people to going out for dinner in the centre.

Although a plunge pool was available for use, given the size of the hotel and fact it is a 40 minute walk out of the centre of town a larger pool facility would be expected.

Comfortable bed situated within large room, friendly staff with good recommendations for food spots and a gorgeous terrace to have a sundowner.

Great staff, wonderful setting, beautiful room and garden. Really enjoyed our breakfasts sat in the garden and had a couple of excellent dinners. All in all, a great hotel to stay in. Special mention to Ivan for helping us organise our trip to Grenada.

Everything was amazing.

1) Gorgeous location. Walkable to the city. 2) Beautiful setting. The gardens where you can have breakfast is stunning and clean and well manicured. 3) Staff. Go the extra mile to make you feel welcome. We were let into our room early which was really appreciated. 4) Breakfast -- so good. Definitely get it at least 1 morning! 5) The room -- bathroom and room were delightful. The windows and view to the sea was amazing and really nice to wake up to that view. 6) Shower/bath -- both nice pressure and hot. All your little touches were there too. Dental package, soaps, conditioner etc. 7) Staff: Extra Special touches -- the staff are really nice here and really make you feel welcome. This is so important these days (please keep it up!) They even brought us a little snack of cheese/meat before bed the one night. So friendly and really try to make your stay comfortable. I feel like it would be perfect for a very special occasion because they'd make sure you're well taken care of.
