Location, location, location. It’s only 10 minutes away from Prado and coach terminus. Kitchen is very well equipped and the area is spacious with good light. Very different from a small hotel room.

This was a fantastic stay in the center of Madrid within walking distance of everything. We stayed in a studio with a king sized bed, 4 pillows, a great kitchenette and the softest biggest towels we've ever had. The little balcony allowed us to peek out at the busy street. The provided earplugs helped with street noise and we slept well. Great shower, a little oil and coffee provided. Loved the lockers allowing us to store luggage as we arrived early. The staff on the chat app were amazing, so helpful and really made us feel taken care of. Would HIGHLY recommend this stay, it was absolutely perfect.

Right next to a nightclub that played very loud music until about 4/5 am that stopped us from sleeping

Kitchen has a smoke detector almost above the stove and the alarm went off twice during our stay, although we had the extractor running, windows and door opened while cooking.

There are many bars on this street. The one next door opens at 11:00 p.m. and closes at 6:00 a.m. The noise is absolutely horrible. I could not sleep most nights. It may have been worse by the fact that we had a room facing the front of the building.

My experience at Sonder was superb, the location is excellent and staffs were responsive at all time. one down side, the toilet is very close to the sink which made it inconvenient experience.

Location is very central and almost unbeatable. Clean & tidy room... Very friendly staff… Good price quality option... Only issue is you do not see the staff physically (they only communicate via WhatsApp - we asked for additional pillow after business hours but could not find someone to talk to). Overall, we enjoyed and we would come back here happily.

The noise from the street. I would suggest asking for a room that is not street side and then your stay would be ideal.

Location was perfect. The room was clean and roomy; comfortable bed. The ONLY complaint was the noise nightly from the bar right next door. However, the area of Madrid where we stayed appears to be very busy all day and night.
