The beds and pillows are not very comfortable but you do get used to them as the week progresses.

Staff members who were booking me in and out could of been a bit nicer. There is no single cup, glass, spoon or anything like that in the room at all.

Great location, super close to the bus station with airport link. Comfortable bed. Can't say too much as only stayed for one night.

No kettle in the room. Apparently you can hire them though. Rooms comfortable but small. Double bed was really two singles which do slide apart.

The rooms were a little small. The bathrooms had plenty of room. The night time events played loud music longer than expected.

The temperature of the shower kept fluctuating between Luke warm and hot. Reported this to reception on day 1 but problem not resolved.

Our stay at Delfin Azul was amazing, the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The food was very good at breakfast and dinner and they had a great variety of food. It was amazing.

Even I booked a room with some facilities, I did not get them, i refer to the safebox. In was included in the price but not at the location.

Location , next to the beach or restaurants and bar area. Bus station very close to the hotel, to travel around the whole island.

The only area we struggled with was the selection of food in dining area at dinner time. We had 2 children with sensory needs around food. Very few dishes had no sauces over them. Hence kids didn't eat with us every night. Which was a pity. Breakfast was amazing. Catered moee for the kids with the variety of food.

Comfortable room, clean, good food, not too far from the beach. We checked out early, before breakfast, but still got coffe, sandwiches and bakes.

The cleaners opened our door at around 9AM without knocking, then once again at around 10AM, now with knocking but opening it just immediately after they stopped knocking. Couldn’t even answer them. Checking out was at 11AM so I don’t really get it why the cleaning can’t start just after that.

I wish I had paid extra for a room with a balcony, the window was too small. The location too far, had to catch a taxi to get into town.

The room was very nice, though i wish i had paid extra for one with a balcony. I like the swimming pool area and the fact that it had a bar, and there were enough space in front of the pool for everyone.
