BelgiumThe swimming pools are not heated, with the exception of the activity pool and the small kids pool.
The resort was very well designed with beautiful suites and lots of gardens. The location was very clean, the staff very professional and the food very good.

ItalyLoved entertainment of the hotel. Very nice evening treater , darts , yoga … beautiful. The all inclusive meals aren’t impressive as no seafood : no clams , gambas . The kitchen should be more varied with option for gluten free and vegetarians .

ItalyNice activities : yoga, fitness , darts , theater( evening shows), dancing and show. Beautiful location and settle. Two issues : towels complicated to take for the pool that can’t be put on a room but has to put down a deposit in cash at the reception , that’s not convenient. Second the vegetarian option for drinks ( just same soya milk everyday ) or meals are hardly any , no gluten free at all. No variety of fruits or seafood ( no watermelon , no avocados , no clams or prawns ). The kitchen could be improved at that aspect.

United KingdomNot a huge fan of the plastic cups for poolside but completely understand the need.
Very nice stay. Travelled with my daughter and slept on the sofa bed so as to give her the bedroom, and it was fine and actually fairly comfortable :) Room very clean and cleaned daily, pool areas also cleaned daily and spotlessly clean, restaurants were very good for all meals, we didn’t eat at the hotel every day as wanted to be out enjoying the area but when we did there always something to choose. Close enough to main town area to be able to walk easily, passing very nice bars and restaurants on the way.

United KingdomRoom 3141 balcony or outside space is a disgrace Also when it rained we thought the water would come into the room because the drain could not take the water. Thankfully it didn’t rain for long, was reported and a maintenance guy did attend
The room was great except for the balcony . Room 3141 the outside space/balcony was totally unacceptable a total let down. Not fit for purpose , we couldn’t use it as an outside space . We arrived at night or we would have asked to swap rooms

United KingdomRoom was a bit dated and could have been cleaner. The bed was as hard as a brick.
The resort was well laid out with lots of areas for seating and swimming. Bar staff were excellent and interactions with them were always polite or fun. The catering staff were excellent as was most of the entertainment. The food on offer was in the most very good, a bit repetitive but still enjoyable.

United KingdomThe room was not to the level I was expecting. The aircon didn't work and even tho we asked 3 times to get it checked no one ever came. Same for the toilet sink, it didn't drain properly but no one came to help.
The hotel is really nice and has a really lovely and well organised outdoor space. The bars are located in strategic areas so it's always easy to get a drink if needed. The staff is very friendly.

United KingdomPoor quality of food, cheap. Think brewers fayre quality. Although the hotel was pleasant, like all big all inclusive resorts, it was a bit Benidorm. Not our thing, but value for money great. Would I stay again? If I got an absolute bargain then yes. If not then I'd be staying elsewhere.
Very clean. Lovely staff. Great selection of food & drink. Lovely complex, good location with a hyper Dino pretty much on site and a small shop on the complex too. There's about 6 or so swimming pools and 7 bars. We didn't see it all as we like to go out.
