Finding parking was a bit tricky!

We had Fantastic welcome on arrival by a lovely lady on reception. Room spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay!

The resort can be quite noisy at night, but with the doors closed it was absolutely fine. But absolutely can not think of a negative thing to say about the hotel.

3 mins from beach. 1 min from bus stop. One of the cleanest hotels I've ever stayed in. We had a sea view balcony that was spacious with a fantastic view. Apartment exactly as described. Staff friendly, one receptionist in particular was incredibly kind and friendly. Offered many excellent recommendations for food. Would definitely stay there again.

The size of the flat is on the small size. We visited in April so still relatively low season, but I expect that in summer the area will be quite noisy. The bedroom window looks over the parking area, which is noisy in the morning when the hotel receives deliveries. The sofa in the living room feels like a plastic cushion on a wood plank, but possibly it's by design so that it doesn't get wet when coming back from the beach or the swimming pool.

The location is perfect for a sun and beach holiday, as the hotel is just in front of Santa Ponsa's beach. The swimming pool is lovely after a day on the beach. And the hotel is just a few minutes away from Palma by car. The terrace with a view of the sea is amazing!

The noise from very drunk guests in the early hours, it’s not the hotels fault but maybe security at night could make more of an effort on them. Car parking as it was very tight getting car in and out especially if you were in bay No1.

The staff! House keeping were lovely and ready with extra towels. The staff on reception / concierge even better, especially the nice Polish lady who was full of great tips for eating out etc.

We were not fans of Santa Ponsa as a resort, very commercial. But great bus link to other places, so wasn’t an issue. Funny sewage smell in apartment from time to time.

Marta was amazing! We had a room on the 9th floor and the view was great. I’m not a fan of heights, but it’s staggered so wasn’t an issue. The apartment was nice, had everything we needed, comfortable and the maid service was good.

The only one small thing was that the sofa beds (I thing that's what they were) in the living room were a plastic type material and so weren't the most comfortable to sit on - I would imagine more so in Summer. However we weren't in the room for long as there is so much to do in the area and it certainly wouldn't stop me staying there again.

Firstly, the staff were very friendly. The man on reception indulged us in practising our Spanish and was very patient! We did only stay for 1 night but we would have been happy to spend longer there. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was lovely with a fabulous shower. It did seem to have everything you would need. The location was great for the bars, restaurants and beach.

Great little gem, loved the apartment, modern, clean and spacious, very warm and friendly welcome on check in, staff very friendly and helpful, stayed in a Sea View apartment with spectacular views of the beach, 1st time on the way to Santa Ponsa and I must say we loved it. The location and apartments are central to everything, bars, supermarkets, beach and restaurants. Will definitely be returning in the future and staying at these apartments again.

It would be nice to have extra holder for drying towels inside overnight as in October the nights are colder. Also extra hangers for coats on the wall would be plus. We missed little things in the kitchen like potato peeler. Otherwise all great.

Very close to nice beaches, Bus and shops. Cozy appartment. Good to have balcony for drying swimming stuff.

Brilliant hotel, beautiful large room with kitchenette. Very central location. Used the local buses a lot to Palma, Magaluf and Valldemossa, brilliant service. Many praises for Marta who was incredible. She checked us in and always stopped us to see how we were doing. She is a real asset to the hotel. I would definitely stay here again
