Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

SpainThe terrace floor was a little bit dusty and dirty, probably partly due the the recent rain. Also staying on the highest floor, there was a pigeon nest just past the tiny wall and those pigeons made scratchy sounds often that were annoying. This is a weird issue, I've reported it to the staff and they assured me they would take care of the situation. Everything else was very good.
We had a great terrace space with sunlight and great views to the city and Agbar Tower. The terrace also had two sun loungers. Didn't expect we would have a terrace space. It was a pleasant surprise.

Good location for easy access to famous spots, compact and tidy facilities and above all, kind hospitalities by all staff. They did their best to make us stay comfortable and even during we were absent for another trip to Granada, they helped us a lot. When we came back, we felt at home. They did everything to make it a trip to remember - particularly big thanks to Ari, Raül, Omar at reception and Carmen and Vanessa looking after us at breakfast. Unfortunately I do not remember the name of a lovely lady who kept our room immaculately clean, everything was perfect, from lovely fragranced bedding to hot and powerful shower. Easy access to the city centre, 15 min stroll to Sagrada Familia or 25 mins walk to La Rambla. Thank you all!

He also organised together with the 2 colleagues of the catering (@ARACELI & @CARMEN) a gluten-free breakfast for a member of the family and a take away for an early breakfast on our departure day. The hotel is very clean . Seems inside the rooms are renovated recently. The receptionist, Mr. Omar, who is from Colombia, is a very cooperative and nice person . The location is very close to the various public transportation and for those guests who want to visit Sagrada familia is a good option
