There was no hot water when we arrived but it was soon fixed after a quick phone call. In spite of booking and paying for pool heating in advance it wasn't switched on when we arrived but they refunded the cost of the 2 days heating. Wouldn't stop me going g back though

Excellent villa. Very comfortable & clean. Cleaner came in midway through the holiday to change the beds and towels and washed all the floors. This was unexpected and was excellent. The utilities were ok, the cooker was not easy to use, it tripped the electricity. It didn't affect us too much as we ate out every night. The outside pool area was spacious, which we paid the extra to have heated and was like a luke warm bath. The roof terrace was also great. We would highly recommend this villa.. 20/25 minute walking distance to the beach with lovely restaurants, and the same again to the marina. We organised our airport transfers through booking.com, and this was excellent. We would definitely return.

Great location, really clean, well equipped and very comfortable. Had the little extra touch which included welcome pack of basic food meaning we could have tea/coffee, a sandwich and breakfast with juice. Dishwasher tabs, washing machine tabs, shower gel, shampoo and towels. All those essentials were really appreciated. Very happy with villa.

The bed in the master bedroom was really squeaky on one side but everything was great other than that.

Loved the Villa! Great outdoor space with a big pool and garden. There was a lot of wardrobe space which was helpful. Will definitely come back.

The villa, nothing. One thing possibly a bit too far to walk to Rubicon and Marina for those of a certain age or mobility issues.

While the properties is equipped for four people, it literally has four of each piece of cutlery, which makes it quite annoying having to wash after every meal.

The instructions given works perfectly. from the directions to instructions to accessing the property. The most amazing thing was having the cleanest come. twice during our stay to clean the house. change the bedding and change. the tiles.

Kitchen appliances let the property down….kettle and toaster were very cheap and all the knives need to be sharpened or replaced. The washing machine had a strong burning smell after just one wash and the Wi-Fi code didn’t work. The staff had to come to get the Wi-Fi working however they needed a QR code as it wouldn’t work without.

Little niggle was the pool could have been a bit cleaner on arrival

Clean, well equipped, cleaner visit half way through, great quiet location, very peaceful setting, lovely welcome gifts (wine, milk, bread, dishwasher and washing machine tabs etc) Kids loved the pool! Would definitely recommend and return for sure!
