The facilities were immaculate and in a really nice area. Was quiet but Playa Blanca was only a 15 minute drive away so we didn't mind it. Outside was very spacious and it was nice and cool inside aswell. We were provided with lots of toiletries and towels aswell.

Although the Villa was lovely, we probably wouldn’t return to this area as it was just a little too far out. We walked for miles and for a very long time some days - as taxis were impossible to get from the property. This was ok sometimes, but we were not prepared for it. We hoped we could get a taxi out if need be. The pool is a great size for 3/4 people. But the chlorine (we think) was very strong. It was very different to any other we’d experienced (we are all used to swimming in chlorine.) Some days my daughter was unable to stay in the pool longer than a few minutes as it bought her and my partner up in a rash 😳it tasted very strange and stung your eyes. We did mention this to the owners who did check the chlorine levels. So they did address our concerns. Was a shame though as the sea wasn’t an issue - definitely seemed to be something in the pool which was odd.

The villa is beautiful. It was very clean and well laid out. We loved the inside and outside area. It was spacious and retained character as well as being modern enough and clean. We were a bit worried as it’s the first time we have had such a small villa as we are usually a larger group - but we were NOT disappointed. It’s a good size for 3/4 people. The pictures are a true reflection of the property. We loved the extra touch of the little Christmas tree and the complimentary wine, water and chocolate. So appreciated! The residential area is gated which makes it feel safe and it’s very quiet.

Nothing really if you’re looking for a quiet location and you have your own car.

Exactly as advertised : quiet, roomy, with simple but good equipment. Heated pool is essential in winter and works well. Orientation is also excellent with a sunny terrasse most of the winter days

Nothing not to like. It was great to have taxi pick us up from airport. Breakfast was great, plenty to select, fruit, yoghurt, cereals, pancakes, pastries, rolls/bread, bacon, eggs, hash browns, tomatoes, beans, would have liked sausages not frankfurters. Villa was clean, could do with a refurbish but was still great. Upstairs terrace door lock was broken, got fixed straight away. Would be nice to have a table lamp in living room. Local shops/restaurants/bar are a good 20 minute walk around the road, we walked across the gravel opposite reception in the day took roughly 8 minutes, no lights in evening but we did walk it back with a torch. Friendly reception called cab for us into Player Blanca, 7euros. Was also able to buy bottle of water from reception. Instructions for appliances would be helpful.

Loved the spacious villa. Kitchen had dishwasher, toaster, coffee machine, kettle, microwave, plenty of cutlery and utensils for cooking/BBQ. Pots & pans, crockery, glasses, cheese grater etc.. loved complimentary pack with washing liquid, dish cloth/sponge, a few dishwasher tablets/T-towel and bottle of water. Oven/grill was simple to operate, lucky my son was there to use the electric touch hob. Door lead to lovely covered patio with big table & chairs, also lockable door to washing machine with small wall drying rack, mop/bucket, brush/pan, stored pool toys in there. Living room table & 2 chairs, corner sofa (strange shape seat cushions not very comfortable) didn't spend much time indoors so not a problem, lots of books on shelves, large TV managed to tune into some English channels...not that we watched it. Big solid sliding patio doors with blinds, patio seating/ table lovely sitting outside in evening and so quiet. Sun loungers, pool was fantastic, larger than thought, spent most of time playing & swimming with grandson, amazing large pool towels were provided. Lovely grass area to sunbathe, lots of space outside. Twin bedrooms downstairs had plenty of space, large wardrobes, sockets behind beds, standing fans that were great for the middle bedroom that got very warm. Lovely linen and light quilts. Large downstairs bathroom with good shower over bath, big mirror, bright/plenty of worktop surface and under cupboard space. Plenty of toilet rolls, didn't have to buy any for our week there. Ironing board & iron in alcove under stairs. Large mirror in hall with table. Small safe. Amazing master bedroom upstairs had lovely views from very large terrace with table & chairs also sun loungers. Large wardrobes, chest of drawers, lots of space and massive bed...mattress too firm for me. Bedside table with lamps, sockets.

The villa was great, the garden had sun all day the pool was excellent, a good size for the kids and the kitchen had all we needed. Air con in the main bedroom was a bonus

The barrier at the entry to the estate as code seemed erratic. Dog rails on stairs so that my husband was not able to hold on to the bannister as he went upstairs. Because the tv system was set up on android we were unable to access Netflix, etc.

Our villa was burgled on the third night of our stay. At 5 am a robber entered our upstairs bedroom through the open window. I woke up exactly the moment a man was leaving our room back onto the terrace roof probably after being unable to open the room door, making a noise which woke me up. I immediately tried to catch him but he was faster and run away onto the roof and jumped down onto the ground. I suppose he picked our room as the window was open, other windows downstairs were closed. This was horrible experience and luckily he hadn’t managed to rob the house, probably wasn’t expecting that room door were blocked. Otherwise he would have run quietly downstairs and rob keys wallets and who knows what else. What would happened if he approached children? Anyway, police was informed and the management of the villas, all we was offered was apologies. I am sure this villas are being watched as I came across other similar review on google. Also there are extra physical locks on the windows so that must be the reason why.
