A few minor things: there are no locks on the doors in the rooms, including the bathroom. On some days: noisy street cleaning started way too early. Queues at the pool bars were too long sometimes

The property is located not at the beach frontline, and we've got a room in the part farthest from it, so for us the way to the beach was taking like 10-15 minutes walking and included crossing a city road. It's not a tragedy, but someone who prefers staying closer to the sea might consider choosing a more expensive room in the other part of the property. The room itself could be a bit better equipped with plates, utensils, kettle, and such kind of stuff.

Friendly and welcoming staff always there to help. 2 buffet-type restaurants serving huge variety of delicious food. Perfect Wi-Fi in the room and other areas. Great location with a lot of nice natural places to walk around, like dunes, pine forest, stony cliffs above the sea.

The food offerings were great but the cooking was really blend. After staying there for three nights the food T both restaurants became redundant. The process for getting pool towels was a bit hard to understand. Also hotel should put a policy in place where if guests don’t return for two hours the pool chairs would get released. Guests would hog pool chairs for hours and go to the beach where other guests needed pool chairs.

Property offered all inclusive facilities and the kids had so much fun!

The pool working hours are from 10 to 6 pm, but if you come at 10 - all beds near the pool are already occupied by people who do not respect the opening hours. I know most of the hotels have the similar working hours and I will comment the same to every hotel: please extend pool hours from 8 am to 8 pm so that also people who do not want to expose themselves to the UV radiation during the hottest hours can also enjoy them. Shower gel was a joke. Compared to other hotels in the area (we have stayed in three different 4-star hotels during our stay), Zafiro had the worst cosmetics in the bathroom.

Good air conditioning; very friendly staff who helped us to change the room no questions asked (we asked to change for a more quite room that is not facing the pool with entertainment); huge variety of food with detailed information about allergens (!) to choose from and several restaurants in the area; alcohol and drinks can be just self-served without any necessity to order a drink even on dinners (!); a lot of non-alcoholic cocktails to choose from; very clean spaces; great for families with children; very green and beautiful inner garden; great idea to combine a door key with all-inclusive bracelet which also allowed to register all orders without the need to say your room number out loud (very very good idea!)

We picked this hotel because of the points we had through the Booking.com Mobile app. We didn’t know anything about it and we just wanted a beach destination for our children’s (4 and 6) school holiday. Besides the fact that we had the entire place to ourselves, the staff is incredibly kind and polite, and the beach at Cala Mesquida is breathtaking, we were extremely surprised with the quality of our room. Yes the hotel is dated but we got a family suite in building 7 facing the garden and it was very spacious for our family of four. The beach was a quick walk from the hotel and it was basically private for us. While the hotel provides towels, we did bring our inflatables and beach loungers for the beach. I did not see anything available for rent at the beach. We did get a car and were able to venture out for meals. Unfortunately the food at the hotel is not great. But take that with a grain of sand as we are extremely high maintenance when it comes to food. The quality of the stay, our accommodations and availabilities for the kids made the trip a 10/10.

The kitchenette in the room wasn't the best quality. Proper cereal bowls are lacking (the ones provided are far too shallow). The open door shower is horrrible. So much water sprays outside the shower that we had to use multiple towels to dry the ground, which is wasteful and annoying. I also strongly detest when a shower doesn't have a reachable shelf for shampoo and soap; there was a small one, but it's far too high for the kids to reach. There was no jacuzzi with hot water on the property, and the indoor pool had a unsavory smell.

The location was perfect - pool for the kids, and beach for me! The staff were always friendly and helpful. Although we didn't partake in any of the shows or activities (for example yoga) - it was nice to know that the option was there. I liked the convenience of the breacelet as a room key as well as form of payment at the restaurants.

The accommodation did not feel like a 4 star property, definitely more like a 3 star. The shower was dirty with some hair on the wall. There were drain flies in the bathroom. AC was temperamental and stopped working completely on our last night there.

The best part for me was that the resort is very close to an amazing beach. Other positives: friendly staff, good food options. Facilities are nice outside (pools etc.)

The entire complex is a bit run down and could do with some maintenance and fresh paint. The cleaning cart was daily in front of our door for a few good hours, yet the pool and the gardens around still had empty plastic cups until the second morning or even late in the day. The beds are really uncomfortable with too hard mattresses and bad/not flexible duck boards. The self-catering is not really an option, since the apartment only had a microwave oven, a mini fridge and 2 coffee mugs. No place to rinse anything, no other cutlery or silverware.

Really amazing location, really nice staff, easy access on foot to the beach, easy tracks for trekking just around the accommodation.

Too loud music till 22.30 as we stayed with 2 little kids and were given a room just in front of the main stage. Kids were really tired at this time so they were sleeping anyway, but it was very loud

You have to pay extra to use the safe in the room which is a first. The door kept malfunctioning and we were locked out twice but they fixed it and gave us some wine.

The room that we booked is too far from the beach. And the pool in front of our building has a lot of fallen branches from the trees around the pool. Too sad that we cannot enjoy pool at night because the pools are only open until 18:00.

There are a lot of activities and fun things to do, there are lot of activities for kids. Super nice and clean place. Staff are so thoughtful that they will help you with everything you need and they even gave me wine on my birthday.

Great location for families with kids, away from bars and night clubs. Beautiful beach. The bouncy ball in the pool was amazing, kids loved it! Food and wine were great. Staff were very helpful, especially Mirian at reception. Good quality entertainment most nights.

It was packed. Noisy kids everywhere. No quiet area. Buffet was mayhem. Do not go at peak times with no kids!!! People were putting towels on sun beds early in the morning before breakfast.
