Overall the hotel was good inside . But when you come out from the hotel no proper shops were around and too much construction work was going on in the area . Very bad and busy sidewalks which may force you to run back to your room. Apart from that the staff and the food were excellent.

Speed up the check-in process. They took too long trying to photocopy our documents. They also need to provide more towels. One towel for a couple is ridiculous.

Ethiopia1. Staff at the reception was rude. 2. I was demanded to pay either in cash($) or by card. However, my card was charged in Birr rather than ($). 3. Went to the restaurant and waited for 20 mins whilst supervisor was berating staff for unknown reasons. No one bothered to come and take my order irrespectiveof me beckoning.
