We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CameroonThe balcony was quite tiny and there appeared not be that many shops or pubs nearby.
A value-for money hotel which is close to the airport (less than 10 minutes drive away) and neat. The neighborhood was well lit and appeared safe at night. I liked the free airport shuttle service. My room was spacious, clean, well-insulated, had free toiletries as well as complimentary tea items and bottled water, and a balcony. The water heater worked well during my stay. The hotel's staff were friendly, professional, welcoming and could speak understand and speak English. The internet worked well. I was able to attend online meetings without internet disruptions. I liked the spa (which was open round the clock) and the gym. I wouldn't mind staying here again, when next I visit Addis.

SwedenMy flight was late and arrived at midnight. The hotel shuttle still picked me up free of charge and took me to the hotel where the checkin was kept open for my arrival and went smoothly. Great facilities with gym, hammam etc. The breakfast buffe was meager with mostly local food but the staff quickly made me an omelette.

On booking.com says hotel provides hairdryer and there was none in room or at the front desk. Not a big deal but would have been nice to have. Overall good sized rooms, good location but overpriced.
Staff very friendly and helpful, great location if you need to stay close to airport, supermarket 10 mins walk away. Room was very spacious.
