The fact that linen is an extra cost and expensive. I paid 45 eur for 3 persons. If you stay just one night like I did it increases too much the cost of the stay. Linen has to be included!!!

At the reservation, it is not mentioned that you have to pay extra for bed linen and you have to clean like a professional after your stay, otherwise you have to pay quite a lot for cleaning service. Should be all mentioned before!

Details could have been better. Bed linnen rental is fine, but was not mentioned I believe on the front page of booking.com. Ventilation of the shed is fine but difficult if you just had a sauna and want to make a fire. Basically, you'd have to choose between the two.

Good location, chalets were well stocked, very clean. Even the fireplace was clean. Very good, detailed information about what to do and who to contact for safaris. Ideal for the traveler who likes to arrange things by itself. For its price it is very good.

Had to pay extra for everything, like beddings, cleaning.. Shower could use a little upgrade with floor feeling like it could fall down. The little hut was in the middle of a parking place.

It was nice to have a sauna, a fireplace and a nice little kitchenette. Parking right outside the door Walking distance to the few things around the village

Fully equipped nice apartment. Living room and kitchen are combined and have a small fire place. Heaters in all rooms. Location is great as it's not far from the lake and a small hiking trail into the back country starts almost just behind the cottage.

I felt the value for money was lacking. For AUD $200+ per night you had to provide your own linen and towels and do the final cleaning of the chalet or else pay extra. The cleaning supplies were lacking and the vacuum was broken and very difficult to use. If the owners want guests to clean they need to provide all the necessary equipment in good working order.

Good location, cozy inside with good heating. The owner kindly let us have towels and bed linen free of charge.

Worst experience ever had in Finland. We drove all the way from Ivalo to this place. Arrived late around 9 pm. After arriving I called the number that was given to me through email and booking.com. It was off and it was too cold for us due to snow. I got fully lost with my family without knowing what to do as the reservation office was closed without anyone. I knocked at house no 13 (he was very kind) and someone helped me to call a lady from the guesthouse. The lady appeared and charged me with a very very Rude attitude and asked me why did I knock house no 13 as if I knew her phone no. She was saying the phone no which I tried with it's not working for more than a year but I got that dead no. After driving almost 7 hours we didn't expect to have such rude, unpleasant. and unprofessional welcome. Even I paid for another booking there, we are not going back. Too much negativity to absorb. If you can't welcome your guests just don't put it for booking. We really had a hard time with 2 kids with us. Oh one more thing, they charged me 60 euros for linen and towels but while putting them on bed we found long hairs of others. Disgusting. And, they are very strict about charging for cleaning pricing.

- so many rules and threats posted in almost every wall/ door of the accomodation. It is ridiculous. Makes it very uncomfortable - they expect the guest to clean when the room they rent is not really that clean. Stains on the bed cover - you have to pay for the towels and sheets -they left us a very filthy mop. I had to complain so i can clean the place before we leave - the wifi is not working. I informed them and they responded with an instructions how to connect it. I know how to connect my phone to a Wi-Fi

Several things about the cottage are very outdated. The sauna smells terrible yet it works just fine. On our short stay the poor qualities did not matter.

Kilpisjärvi is a stunningly beautiful place. The cottage is cozy.

The bed was great after a long day of driving.

After a hard day of driving in the snowstorm I was so happy to come to this accommodation. The keys were left in the key locker so was just necessary to find the right cabin. Wish I could stay a bit longer. Hopefully next time.

Very nice and helpful owners, perfect location. Everything close to walk - 3 minutes to shop, 6-8 minutes to snowmobiles rental. Good food in restaurant. Place is clean, cozy, sauna work perfect.
