An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The spa itself was a letdown. Only separate saunas for men and women, and just a few pools.
The location is great, surrounded by the sea and beautiful nature. The room was decent and the breakfast was pretty standard, yet tasty. When visiting the spa, you can even go swim in the sea. If you come by bus, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel entrance.

The breakfast could be updated a little from the perspective of glutein free and lactose free diet. There weren’t many signs saying what ingredient food contained and glutein free section was rather thin. If visitor has diet issues or allergies, this is quite important matter to notice.
Our stay was splendid. The room was quiet and spacious, we had a lovely view to the sea. A wonderful location to travel with a dog.

We stayed with a dog in a room blessed with beautiful view to the sea. Room was clean, staff very welcoming, enjoyed the spa and had restful night of sleep due quietness. Excellent outdoor paths for hike with a dog and beautiful nature. Lovely place and we will absolutely visit again!

The extra bed booked online was not in the room. The stuff reacted quickly after we informed about it and we got the bed in the room in no time.
Really kind stuff. Easy access to the Spa and restaurant. Beautifull view to the archipelago. Good breakfast.

No free parking spots.
Hotel is in beautiful place within a forest. Turku is near if you want some sightseeing. Otherwise archipelago and some national parks are also nearby. Room was nothing fancy but clean and not ran-down. Nice view from window. Breakfast is good, the staff tried their best to keep up with the lot of people. I suggest going early :) Spa is pretty good, nothing fancy again, but it has everything to have a great time. You can also jump to in the sea.

Buffet breakfast even at 7.00am when doors opened food luke warm, no freshly squeezed juice but concentrate, cold pancakes. Went to try evening buffet blue bottle fly on beef! Went a la carte instead. Pipe under bathrsink leaked on last night huge puddle, no bath stuff to clean bath but you have to request that room is cleaned. Towel rack to high for me no proper case table and could not get bedside lamps to work.

The private parking space is payed 24 hours a day.
Beautiful location. The rooms were really nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. We actually loved it so much we booked an extra night. You feel like you’re in the middle of nature. The Spa has two swimming pools (with some toys for children) and one big warm whirlpool, with separate saunas. It was clean and well maintenanced. You can also swim in the bay. Breakfast was nice and dinner a la carte is also good. Not to expensive

In the 4 days of our stay they did not come to change towels, take the garbage nor make the bed. Very peculiar as the price per night was not low. Do not go to the beakfast hall after 10.00 o'clock as they begin cleaning up, and some times it was so noisy that it resembeled the sound of crashing the dishes on the wall...very strange, as there was a most pleasant guitar musuc in the background(?)

If there is some renovation but without big price increase it would be great. And all in all this hotel was a great choice for us.
Price - quality ratio is very good for Finland. The nature around is fantastic. There was no crowd in the Spa. The stuff was very friendly. Breakfast was good, although there were a lot of people at the same time.

The personel did not know how to apologize like normally in service business is done. For example, I noticed there was no toilet paper in my room, and when I called the reseption, the man did not even say Sorry, just told me that I need to wait. When I told the breakfast staff the coffee was terribly weak (you could see thru it), nobody said sorry about it. On the contrary the female staff claimed it is not weak. The hotel feels a bit old-fashioned, felt like some cheap renovation has been done. The tv in the room was at least 10-15 years old. There was no ac except a portable, loud fan. I was not very excited about my stay.
There was a beautiful view from the room (hotel charged 5 e extra for the view). Breakfast was pretty good (except coffee was weak

There wasn’t any mixed sauna. There was a fan in the room but still air conditioning would have been better.

Staff at check in and on phone gave very little information and didnt call me back 3x on the morning I tried to book. We wanted to stay a 3rd night but price too high and no negotiation at all so we left and they had rooms still available

I'm pretty sure they had bedbugs, the amount of scratching done after the stay is not normal. I will have to see a doctor about this.
Breakfast was good, the bed was comfortable and the parking not so expensive.
