Some shops and restaurants, cafe were closed. Some tours were not operating during May. Was disappointed.

We were late for our breakfast but the staff at the restaurant allows us quickly grab some food. That was Amazing!!! Thank you! We can move on without breakfast. We love the privacy of Sauna in our room that was Great!

Too quiet area and restaurants are quite expensive too! Prefer to go downtown for better restaurants.

Location to visit Santa Claus is very perfect and convinience. A lot of souvenier shops around our hotel and restaurants. It was not too far to drive into city for shopping. Room is very big, clean and very nice sauna room too. Reception staffs are very friendly for everything.

For the price of the accommodation I would expect a bit better room equipment and amenities. For example it is great that there’s a sauna in the bathroom but no slippers or extra towels are provided. When we asked for it we were told that only their superior accommodation has that. But it doesn’t really make sense to me.

Great location close to the airport, very delicious breakfasts, the whole village is cute and nicely done.

Breakfast was very average but sufficient to have breakfast. Not tasty and not authentic. It was a bit to hot inside the house, so removed heating and had to open windows.

Wonderful fairy tale village and the key success factor to enjoy your stay in Rovaniemi if plan to come with kids to Santa Village. We came beginning of March, days were sunny but still-5. After cold days we enjoyed sauna. You have small kitchen, sufficient to cook pasta or something easy.

There is nothing as such what we did not like.

I liked everything, especially the glass Igloo. Our room was really cozy and clean. We were lucky to see northern lights above our room. Owners are very kind and helpful. Property is very well maintained.

everything at the mart was overly priced. the restaurants at the center of the village weren't that great either. breakfast was mediocre too.

it is like a theme park. if you have kids, it is worth visiting and staying there. the room was ok and kitchen was reasonally equipped and the independent sauna was also good. they give you the breakfast box if you check out before the breakfast time.

The facilities and location were great. If you had kids, this is the place to stay, for adults 1 to 2 nights is enough, particularly if there's no snow. The restaurants are expensive and have limited choices for Westerners' expectations. The staff were very helpful, and the overall experience was a once in a lifetime.

Amazing place, beautiful cottages. Lots of restaurants in and around. Only Golden bowl dim sum if you crave for indo chinese food. They close at 8! Three elf’s restaurant is very cozy and nice food. Overall staff in every single place is very pleasant and helpful. Loved this place!

Exceptional hotel with the concept of a studio apartment room with all amenities and brilliant location right in the heart of santa claus village. Public transport, food options, leisure activities are all close by. Was able to see northern lights shine brightly in the night sky one night from the porch of my room. Highly recommend.

Santa’s Village may be small, but it’s packed with charm and family-friendly attractions. I recommend staying for at least two days to fully enjoy everything it has to offer. While prices can be on the higher side, the experience is well worth it. The food is excellent, and the staff are exceptionally polite and helpful. Each cabin comes with a sauna for a cozy retreat, beds were comfortable.

The restaurant is through the gift shop, which didn't bother me as my children knew we were staying on a tight budget, but I imagine it could be stressful for parents with children who want things.

The sofa bed was already set up as we requested, which was a great start. We stayed in a cabin at the end, and they kindly allowed us to check in early and check out late. All the staff were amazing, and there were sledges everywhere for the children to enjoy. Breakfast was plentiful with a fantastic selection. The on-site Elf Restaurant offers children's meals for $15, and the kids absolutely loved them. The magic of this place is truly felt when everyone has gone home. Plus, you can get food and groceries delivered at night, which is incredibly convenient.
