We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Breakfast was rich, good tastes. Room was quite big and clean, everything worked, only TV froze when started first time. But "have you tried to turn it off and on" worked ;) Location is just with minutes from Kalasatama and centre, so very convenient if you are in normal physical shape. Plus tram station is near for not so fit people.

This is a good hotel in a nice old converted building. The location is great if you are arriving in and leaving Helsinki by ferry, as it's just five minutes away from the terminal. You can see the ferry from the hotel entrance. The city is just a short walk away too, through a market selling great street food. My room was large, clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful and I was able to store my luggage after arriving on a morning ferry, well before the check in time. The breakfast was very good, with a nice choice of hot and cold food. I think the price was good value as Helsinki is an expensive city. I would certainly recommend this hotel for a stay in Helsinki.

As we arrived on the ferry it is a convenient location a few meters from the ferry terminal. The hotel is very pleasant and our room was very spacious. It’s a short walk to the market area and just a bit further to the city center. The tram is close by too.
