Brilliant location right in the Centre next to the main Olympic télécabine, very nice rooms in the main hotel - be cautious if you are in the connecting house where they are a lot smaller!

Overall good and the best hotel in brides Les bains. But there only thing I did not like is too small portions on dinner for 40euros.

Scrambled eggs not helped by the food warmer.

Wonder option for skiing in the 3 valleys. We will certainly be back! The food and staff were great - they even helped us when the ski hire shop was closed for three hours over lunch but we had to leave for the airport. The manager was kind enough to hold them and return them for us. Thank you so much!

The basic spa area was very busy at times, and some guests in there were noisy and inconsiderate although this was balanced by other very considerate users.

The restaurant staff were not very welcoming. On the first night I was told that I had no reservation. There was no explanation that a table was allocated and it changed every meal. At breakfast there was one occasion when all 3 staff were busy on their phones while we had run out of plates,cutlery,bread and scrambled egg. Breakfast is a busy time and staff need to focus on replenishing. It is a Salle a Manger - pas une salle a portables. Dining room not telephone room. Some of the guests show no courtesy or respect.

A quality hotel with some parking and just a few minutes walk to the telecabine connecting to Méribel. The room was quiet and comfortable- until 6.50am when the neighbour's doors start to bang. The sauna was a good way to relax after skiing. The main receptionist was friendly and well organised.

I was travelling with hand luggage and whilst I had bought toothpaste I had expected shower gel or shampoo but there was only soap but I guess first world problems

I arrived late but there had been excellent communication earlier in the day so entry code and room keys all good. Clean, warm and in the centre

Wi-Fi was very poor, needs work.

Great location, couldn't be closer to the ski lift. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Staff were very friendly. Sauna was great. Room was spacious and clean.

Polyester cases for bed cover and pillow are not comfortable. Breakfast could be improved (boiled eggs were cold as taken from the fridge, when serving fruit fruit salad we found some fruit pieces were still frozen in the core).

The leading lady at reception was instrumental in helping my friend recuperating her luggage lost during Lufthansa flight, we are trully grateful for her help. The room was pleasant and spacious, with nice balcony views.

on Booking announced responses of other guests- "the breakfast is very good". But in reality mis nothing special. I estimated it like 3 from 5. I expected good French pastry, but no.

The hotel has own parking place free of charge. Very nice hall and restaurant inside. Location in the center of the city. But location inside the quarter. be in attention and look at road sign. It helps you to find the hotel.
