Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomVery few cooking utensils - 10:00 checkout! No grocery shops close by. Very warm rooms ( even in early October) - had to run fan all night - cannot imagine how uncomfortable it would be in height of the summer.
The location for any events in the stadium is fantastic. Also very close to Metro & Buses. Very clean & felt secure. Decent soft drink and snack vending machine.

SwitzerlandThere was no WiFi although advertised. Could not find the router in the apartment although welcome page stated WiFi password could be found on WLAN router. The shower rose holder was plastic and did not hold the rose (broken/damaged) so had to hold it manually. Plus the holder is approx 1. 2m height? Shower curtain almost to roof so new holder and at correct/usable height is needed. Cobwebs in kitchen area. Needs to be cleaned with a vacuum cleaner. Mugs: only 2 mugs provided although it is an apartment for 4 people.
Well located. Good size rooms. Plenty of space.

United KingdomNo air con, minimal facilities, rarely staff on site, have to provide for basics normally within room (like toilet roll) generally uncomfortable, and kitchenette poorly stocked (spoons, knives etc) Photos included a sofa (not in room) High price for this too!!
Came for the Rugby World Cup and the location is exceptional for Stade Velodrome

The area is great for the meteo and getting about. Some very nice cafe and bars around and a supermarket for food.

United KingdomMy flight was delayed on the Friday therefore I did not get to the apartment building until late that evening approx 11.30. I could not get into the building and the email that was sent was all in french even though on booking.com i changed my arrival time to say I would be late. Receptionist was really rude when I questioned about leaving my luggage until I leave as I had a late flight home. I was told if I’m not back at the apartment by 4pm I would not be able to get my luggage. At around 3.30pm I got back to the apartment to open the apartment door and my luggage had been moved out of the room without permission.

United StatesThe worst experience i ever had. I was traveling for an emergency situation. My visa was delayed request to change dates was denied. When I reached a week later I was not provided the keys and the there was no way to contact the property. My keys were not provided and money was charged. Won't recommend ever.

Shower in the bathroom wouldn't stay in the holder to allow someone of average height to wash their hair. Shower curtain old and stained and broken at one end Plinth fell off the base of a kitchen cabinet When we arrived the hob had been left on, thank goodness their were no children. Needs some updating and Wifi

NetherlandsThe hotel has taken ALL my belongings from my room (mixed up room numbers when were cleaning), and never returned it back! They acknowledged the mistake but they never returned my luggage, and are now ignoring my messages. Not only they robbed me, but also ruined my vacation. Forced me to wear same clothes for the whole trip and search to buy essentials that they have taken (phone charger, toothbrush, etc) instead of enjoying my holiday. Outrageous! I should've called police immediately! Return me my belongings!
