Greeted with glass of champagne on arrival, plus daily complimentary drinks and cake. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Hôtel was ideally situated close to all the most famous sites in Paris and it was easy to walk everywhere. The hotel was boutique and luxurious and worth paying a bit more for being in such a wonderful location.

The first two nights our room was so hot, the air conditioning was not working, which made for terrible sleeps. There is no dining room, which I thought there was.

Location was perfect for us, close to most attractions. View was stunning. Elevator was an added bonus. Staff were great, especially Sami!! He was so helpful and friendly!

Breakfast at 0900hrs was a shambles. Not enough tables and too small a room. I would revamp and reorganize the whole front area to make this meal better. I was sorry that they did not also do lunch and dinner.

Maybe a softer mattress but that is personal preference There was scaffolding outside our room but it wasn't intrusive and is necessary for upkeep

It was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The hotel itself was very clean, with beautifully maintained and wide rooms and excellent amenities. However, what truly made my stay exceptional was the incredible service, especially from the receptionist, Mr.Saif and Mr.Sami. From the moment I walked in, they greeted me with a genuine smile and went above and beyond to ensure my check-in was smooth. The Hotel Brighton is an authentic and charming hotel in a first class location allowing you to walk everywhere. Our room looked over the Tuileries, Eiffel Tower, Musee D’Orsay and The Louvre. The bed was very comfortable, the room spotless, and there were thoughtful touches like a magnifying mirror and satin coat hangers. The breakfast each morning was perfect in a charming little dining room. The staff were so polite and the manager understood old- fashion customer service. The whole experience was wonderful. Highly recommend.

The room was on the 5th floor. It did get quite hot at times. We could open the window which helped but I think it’s a characteristic of the building. Just a very minor observation.

Great location and the staff were amazing. Approachable, helpful and overall excellent customer service. We asked for a room with a free standing shower and they were happy to help.
