Like most hotels in France the bedroom was small. No fridge. We had our suitcases in the bathroom.

It would have been a perfect hotel if they always had an omelette for breakfast and a little fridge in the room (because you need to store all the cheeses you bought as souvenirs somewhere, right?). As for the omelette, I noticed that when I came down for breakfast an hour before it was supposed to end there were no omelette left and I was told that they're not going to cook any which is kind of a shame as it's probably the only food among the other varieties they offered for breakfast that was nutritious enough to get you through the first half of your busy tourist day.

I liked almost everything about my stay at Campanile Paris 14 - Maine Montparnasse. It's located in the quiet neighbourhood yet you can easily get to the main tourist attractions in like half an hour. Staff was nice, and my room was cleaned every day. And the bed! God, I loved that comfy bad and the fact that my room was facing inner court, it was really quiet and I really appreciated that.

There was absolutely no sound insulation in the door of the room. Light came through the gaps around and under the door. Every sound from the hallway could be heard in the room, as if someone was in the same room with you! In the tiny and narrow shower cabin, there should be a mixer tap with knobs instead of a lever. As soon as you moved slightly under the shower, you would accidentally turn the water either very cold or very hot.

Very good location, it was very easy to get around the city by metro, bus, and even on foot. The room was very clean and cleaned every day. The toilet and shower room were recently renovated. The bed, pillows, and bed linen were comfortable and soft.

Great place and price for the area. I wish I had stayed a bit closer to the City Island or other main attractions, but that had nothing to do with the hotel itself. Just a recommendation for first time visitors. The hotel was great and clean. Staff was very nice and approachable. The breakfast was better than I expected as I'm used to North America style. The walls are thin, not ideal for light sleepers. They put us in a room with 2 single beds even though I booked a queen. Not major issue, but a tiny bit uncomfortable for a couple.

- The shower had poor drainage and the shower booth was about to overflow, so I needed to turn the shower off in the middle of rinsing - I could hear people walking down the hallway quite clearly from inside the room, I thought the soundproofing might not be very good

The stay was pretty good. The rooms are really small though. Pictures dont give you correct idea of how big it is. But it was clean, staff was very good and helpful. It is far from all the main attractions but can be travelled bia bus or metro. Metro is 15 min walk from the hotel where as bus is 5 min. No negatives other the small room

The location is good, about a 45-minute walk to the Louvre or Musée d'Orsay. The breakfast is nice and the room is clean. The bathroom was good, with a real bath and not only a shower.

The floors in the room were very cold, especially in the bathroom. This issue was further exacerbated by the absence of slippers, which could have at least mitigated the discomfort. Additionally, there was a window in the bathroom, located almost at floor level and just 30-40 cm from the toilet, that let in a significant draft. Considering this was late November to early December, the air coming through the window was far from warm, making the bathroom even less comfortable. The wardrobe design was very odd and inconvenient — to access the shelves, you had to remove all the hanging outerwear first. In the main room (with the bed and desk), the lighting was inadequate. There were bedside lamps and a single overhead light, but it wasn’t bright enough to fully illuminate the space. To make matters worse, the overhead light emitted a red hue, which wasn’t suitable for proper lighting.

Our experience at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. First of all, we were able to check in around midnight, which was a critical factor for us due to a late transfer. The staff speaks English and is very friendly. Additionally, the apartments are located just a 7-10 minute walk from the metro, making it easy and affordable to reach the city's main attractions. As for the location, it's worth noting that there are several great spots nearby where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast and explore French cuisine. My personal recommendation is the restaurant Félicie. The room had reliable WiFi and a kettle, which were very convenient. Housekeeping was consistent, and tea supplies were replenished regularly, although they occasionally forgot the sugar. The bed was quite comfortable. There was also a small desk in the room, which was sufficient for working with two laptops. The water supply was flawless, and the soundproofing was decent as well.
