It didn’t have a kettle in the room and they charged for tea in the breakfast /bar area . Other than that it was great in all aspects.

This hotel is in a perfect location.. in a quiet street but close to the Arc and about 200 metres from a main train station .

The room was a little small. Not enough space to store suitcases (for example, the bed could have been one with drawers underneath it to put clothes in or enough space underneath to store suitcases.) As it was they had to be crammed under the clothes rail where clothes which couldn’t be hung up were also being stored.

Breakfast was exceptional- fantastic choice of food which was good quality and plentiful. It was a buffet so you could have as much or little as you liked.

Truly one of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! It is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable, especially the beds which are just divine, particularly after a long day of sightseeing! The hotel has a fantastic bar and breakfast (plenty of vegan options!) and the location is great. Above all the staff were brilliant, they were so genuinely kind and friendly and made me and my sister feel right at home, especially when having cocktails in the bar. It was my first proper visit to Paris, and the hotel made the trip even more special. Merci beaucoup!

The location of this hotel was amazing, very close to the metro line and to the arc de Triomphe. The staff were so helpful and polite. We were able to leave our bags in reception until we had checked in and after we checked out before we needed them.

The hotel is unique and cozy. It’s in a great walkable location. The bed was super comfortable and the bedding was luxurious. The staff at the lobby desk, as well as the breakfast staff, were very friendly. The room was very clean and freshened up each day of our stay.

What I didn’t love was the toilet being in a separate small room; it felt very cramped.

Top-notch room! I booked for my birthday, and the staff surprised me with a garland on the bed that said “Happy Birthday” – a very thoughtful gesture. The bed was super comfortable, and the bathroom was beautiful and modern. Breakfast was good, although the selection wasn’t very extensive, and I didn’t find a dedicated section for gluten- or lactose-intolerant guests. However, what was available was delicious. The staff was welcoming and helpful. The location is excellent.

As a surprise trip for my partner's birthday, I had booked a Sensation room with a late checkout (love the opportunity to check out at 15h); as we arrived to the location, they surprised us with an upgrade to the suite! The attention to detail and care the staff showed us during our stay was incredible. Thank you for gifting him such a wonderful time,it really meant the world. The room is stunning, loved the natural materials and the cozy atmosphere. All the amenities, the furniture, the bathtub (that by itself deserves the 5 star review)...amazing quality and with such taste! Location was perfect too, easy to reach both with the metro and taxi and it's in a quiet side street, so we weren't bothered by noise or traffic. Had booked breakfast for the next morning and it was next level. So tasty! My partner said it was probably the best breakfast he ever had at any hotel. Late checkout was a bliss too. If I could give this Hotel a 6 star review, I would!
