NetherlandsWe loved this quirky hotel with its fun decor. The room was simple but had everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The shower had great pressure, and the wifi worked perfectly throughout the property. The staff were friendly and helpful. Although there was a DJ playing in the restaurant later that night, we heard no noise from our second-floor room. The bar and restaurant were great for unwinding, and while the food was good, service was occasionally slow. Breakfast was extensive and delicious, though a bit pricey. Overall, a great stay! Would definitely recommend.

United Kingdomnoise from the bar - there should be adequate sound proofing - the car turns into a club night on the weekend - would not reccommend 1st floor rooms again. its a very warm building - room is very warm - too warm for sleeping and too noisy to open a window assuming I could shower water was cold around 9am on Saturday morning - no matter what I did - couldn't get it warm let alone hot - it was fine the night before.
breakfast buffet was exceptional - huge variety, good quality. parking charge is good value and free EV charging if you can get it staff were very nice - and contacted me immediately after finding something I'd left in the room. beds were great.

United Kingdomthere was a bit of a mix-up. We informed them in advance that we’d be arriving late and asked if we could have dinner at the hotel. They assured us it wouldn’t be a problem, but when we got there, the restaurant was fully booked, and there was no space for us. Luckily, we were able to order pizzas to our room, so it all worked out in the end.
Our stay was really enjoyable! The hotel is beautifully and uniquely decorated, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Everything was spotless, and the breakfast was absolutely fantastic—delicious and carefully prepared. The staff was kind and accommodating, and we could storage our bags after checking out while exploring Lille some more.

United KingdomThe bottle is little and it is only suitable for one person!! The bathroom seemed clean but too noisy, you could hear some pipe noise! Some rooms have a fridge but no fresh water in it!! You sometimes have the impression that the staff has a preference for external customers, those who come to eat and drink at the bar rather than their internal customers, those who have booked a room. Anytime I want to book a table in their restaurant, it is always fully booked or some food is not available anymore!!
Its location. The hotel is close to two main train station, Flandres and Europe. It is not far from the city centre. You can walk around. The staff is nice and helpful. There is a car park, obviously it is not free of charge but it is secure and safe. There is a bottle of water to welcome you.
