We returned at the specified time and, surprise, she did not want to take us into account, the personal phone call was more important. I recommend that the management draw her attention - the customer is important!I got a promotion for 55 euros per night, otherwise it's expensive and not worth it.

TurkeyThe hotel can be updated with small touches. For example, the locking mechanism of the door from inside should work better and in addition to other bath supplies, they can give simple paper slipperies.
I can say that the breakfast and overall cleaning of the facility were very good considering the cost per night. The staff was friendly and the location is close to the beach and the nearest transportation option. Just follow Rue Harold straightly about 500m and you are at the beach in front of Negresco.

United StatesIt's not the fault of the hotel, but every morning at breakfast there was a loud screaming baby. Some people don't seem to care if their roudy kid disturbs the peace. It would have been nice if they brought their food to their room if they couldn't calm their kid down. When the couple finally left I was relieved. Those same people were there every morning of the 4 nights I stayed there. Ugh.
I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Otero! It was an easy 5 minute walk from the train station, great location where you can walk every where ( 15 minutes to the beach) or take a short Uber ride to any point of interest in the city. The staff were very friendly and authentically welcoming. I appreciated that breakfast is included! The variety of breakfast items spanned from light fare (fruit, yogurt etc) to hearty options like cheese, sausage, scrambled eggs. They have a great coffee machine that can be used any time of the day which you can customize your coffee ranging from espresso, cappucino, long coffee, and prepare it exactly how you like it! The bed was comfortable and room clean and quiet. There was also an elevator ! Some buildings in the area don't have them! For a reasonable price you get everything you need to start and end the day! I would stay there again!

This is a place where very friendly staff work actively. Even though it is a hotel, you can feel the atmosphere of a family home. You can also feel the beauty of French family's home interior. It is also very close to the train station, making it the best location for travelers who want to travel to small towns in the Provence by train. It is also not far from the beach. It is also located in a safe area, and relatively inexpensive compared to the surrounding hotel.

GreeceThere wasn't any view but that didn't matter much, as we were on vacation and we didn't stay for long in our room. Also, the corridors were a bit small as well as the entrance to the room.
The hotel was a nice boutique hotel in the centre of Nice, just a few minutes walking distance from the central train station. It had a wonderful breakfast that contained everything somebody may need to start his day. The free coffee, tee and milk during the whole day was a big plus (+)! Also, the employees of the hotel were very polite and always willing to help, offering valuable information and tips about our tour! The room was very clean and included everything we wanted. Nice, comfortable bed! I certainly suggest it!

Location is good especially for Nice Ville station and the bus and tram system (which is excellent). The hotel Theme is great and well carried out. The staff at the Hotel are amongst the best I have ever encountered anywhere in the world, they are kind, helpful and nothing was to much trouble. We had one piece of luggage lost by the airline and their help with this was crucial in it's recovery. There are some areas which could do with some TLC , but this is being a bit picky. The room size was good, the bathroom was excellent. Can't comment on the Breakfast as we always prefer to experiment around town. But the outstanding feature are the staff, thanks so much to you all.
