it was a good experience. am a light sleeper, the first night couldnt sleep because of the car sounds and they immediately accepted to transfer me the second night to a calmer room.

There is no ventilation in the bathroom and it gets incredibly humid if you don’t open the windows in the bedroom after you shower

The small room is really small. Good that we had only one suitcase, because the second wouldn’t fit.

The location is amazing, central but calm, plenty of restaurants and shops around. Also close to several metro stations, and not very far by foot from the Eiffel Tower. The breakfast was also nice with a selection of french deli, ladies serving the breakfast were attentive and friendly. The room was warm even with air conditioning off. Overall we had a good rest in the hotel.

Be aware that the family suite is rather two rooms connected by a private hall.

Very nice and professional service. We had a little bit of a problem, and had to change hotel in the middle of the night, and the management was very helpful.

Good location. Very good cleaning every day. Nice staff. Elevator. Didn’t hear when elevator is coming even though my room was just near it. Room wasn’t big but it wasn’t too small which is good for Paris.

I stayed in two different rooms on two different occasions. The staff is very nice and speaks English. It is on a nice street, clean, and comfortable.

Such a pleasant surprise! From the moment you walk in, the staff makes you feel at home—super friendly, always smiling, and ready to help with anything you need. The rooms? Just what I needed after a day in Paris. Cozy, spotless, and quiet—a perfect little retreat to recharge. I got everything I needed, and it feels comfortable and inviting. And the location: close enough to stroll to places like the Arc de Triomphe or the Champs-Élysées without being stuck in the middle of the crowds. The neighborhood itself is charming and calm, with some great little cafés, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. Big thanks to the team at Monceau Elysées for making the stay so enjoyable. Definitely keeping this one on my list!

Not very good soundproofing from the room. Wi-Fi was not password protected. After cleaning, the room door was not locked with a key, but I am not sure that it can be opened without a key. The door closes automatically, so do not leave the keys in the room

Excellent staff at the hotel especially at the reception. The location is very convenient 10 minutes walk from the Arc de Triomphe, where there is a RER train. There is a metro station near the hotel. The area is quiet and calm, there are many restaurants. Breakfasts are good for this price but not varios.
