The shower was freezing cold and would only get to lukewarm temperature after 20 mins… so had to shower in cold water

The room needs a little TLC in places. The sink surround is damaged from water ingress, some blue tape is stuck to the air con, a couple of other things need a little tidying up

The staff were welcoming and helpful. The receptionist told me about the free early check in with membership. The downstairs area - reception/restaurant - looks very good. I had a very good night sleep, the bed was comfortable and the area was very quiet. My room was spotless. I had a meal for lunch in the restaurant - the food was well presented and tasty, with salad on the side and a tub of crisps, which I was not expecting.

Good hotel, friendly staff, nice restaurant & bar area. Great location for all activities MK has to offer. Large room with lovely big bathroom.

not a lot really I found it more expensive than many other hotels, But the accommodation was relaxing and the staff were excellent

The room was well ventilated facilities were as standard and very good - the staff were very amenable for requests of more tea and milk for the room food was excellent and breakfast excellent

Bar food was very nice, but I hate having to eat at low tables. Just my personal preference.

Hot water tap (bathroom basin) didn’t work - shower ok though. Loose towel shelf.

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean, comfortable room, impressive view. Delicious food. Ample parking. Good location for taxis into town. Generous free mini-bar and toiletries. Relaxing bar area.

We booked this hotel because it was near friends we were visiting and also not far from Gullivers Land that we visited too. On arrival received a warm welcome, our room was lovely and clean, it had a view of the golf course which was lovely. Mini fridge was a great surprise. Our bed was comfy, the sofa bed we arranged for my daughter was bigger than expected, she slept well, her bed was comfy. Room was quiet, we didn’t hear any neighbours. Bath is big and had jets which was nice and relaxing. Shower was good, but the wall fixture that the shower head was not stable, we had to hand hold the shower in the morning. We meant to report it when checking out. Only thing to mention was we didn’t expect anyone to be on the golf course at 07:30 so got a fright when was getting dressed and person on golf course was looking over at our window at the time. The breakfast was good, we were impressed with the heated plates. Good variety although would have liked fried or poached eggs instead of scrambled. I like yogurt sometimes too at breakfast but didn’t see any, perhaps something to consider in the future? Overall stay was really good and we would stay again!

Stairlift wasn’t working or repaired while we were there and no suggestion of how to navigate it Breakfast on the first morning was sparse and what was there was cold not really topped up very quickly although the young waitress done her east on her own

I could not reach any light switch from my bed and so had to get out of bed to switch lights off when ready for sleep. Chair was very comfortable but not well placed and was too heavy for me to move

Room condition great but a few areas where you could see it was a quick clean, it really needed a good clean, the only niggly item was a breakfast the only option was butter portions no Flora or dairy free option

The staff and whole presentation for the hotel was fantastic, cooked breakfast one of the best, parking no issue location to find easy as well ticked a lot of boxes

We had to be moved from our first room as when the heating was put on the unit on the wall was dripping. Looked like it had for a while Bit disappointing as it was my birthday and we had unpacked but did get upgraded to another room

Dinner in restaurant. I was offered the set menu before arrriving. Took up the offer. Arrived at restaurant and waited several minutes for someone to arrive to seat us. The fish and chips from set menu was awful. Frozen fish thst I could buy in Iceland for £1 and some anemic chips. Another table had ordered fish and chips which was totally different. Dessert was a waffle that I could buy for 50p at my local shop with a small scoop of ice cream. Would recommend never to take the set menu. Rubbish

Quiet location but near the main roads and services. Layout was great, very bright and welcoming. Room was spacious and bed was amazing!

Stayed over as had a wedding reception at the golf club ,so really convenient. Room very nice as was the breakfast.
