No wardrobe or similar in the room. As I was only staying one night, it wasn't a problem for me, but for someone staying a week, it could be.

Very informal chill booking in process, very clean room, good shower, hot water was hot, tv, quiet hotel. Excellently located for exploring Shepherd's Bush. For the price, really good.

Wasn't the 3* hotel - Sapphire I'd booked, was the house next door they'd newly acquired. Was not 3* quality Had to get house/room key card from another hotel, Pearl,down the street. Fridge didn't work and dirty inside Only 2 old and bent coat hangers. Texted the contact re this issue when arrived in room. No reply. Was only sleeping there and out at a funeral and gatherings both days so no time to chase it up. Kettle wouldn't fit in the sink to fill, only manage a cup full of water. Kettle leaked when pouring. Large middle window fitted badly, were gaps in each side and room was therefore very noisy as next to main rd. Thankfully had ear plugs, without would have been difficult to sleep. No bedside table. Room very bland in colour of decor. A coloured bed band like shown in the Sapphire photos would improve the look. Choice of a one softer pillow would be good, too hard for me sadly. Carpet a little tatty. Bed and quilt comfy All clean. Position was perfect for me as funeral service was just round the corner. And not too far from the tube. With the above corrected, I would stay again, but not as it is.

No Parking No Breakfast The room was a bit small but for London and the price it was ok

There's only 1 pillow each. Fine, if you're on your own, but if sharing, only 1 pillow is so flat. One of the bay windows didn't have a net, which made inside the room viewable from the street outside. This was made obvious in the morning when a cleaner was sitting on the outside steps to have a smoke, so I had to close the curtains.

Be aware you have to go to the Pearl hotel a few doors down to collect room keys. They actually put us in this hotel instead of the Sapphire which was fine. I was in room 14 in the basement and It was a nice size. The shower was so lovely, great pressure and temperature. Directly opposite is a sainsburys and very near to other food places which was handy.

WiFi on the top floor was a bit weak but that happens in a Victorian building.

I was expecting a bigger room but I got very small UK rooms. It's not bad. Overall a very good experience

Very quiet place and clean. Also the WiFi is excellent but most importantly the area is a busy shopping and restaurants all over. You can't get bored

The rooms are small: luckily I booked a double room.

The room cleaning service and reception support were excellent. Location was also great - proximity to train station, shopping malls, stores, restaurants, and my course venue.

I have booked there 4 times over the last 2 years. I have never stayed at the hotel I booked as you have to check in on Pearl hotel and you will stay there, so it do not look like the photos you see but it is similar. I just think they should have pearl hotel listed as that is where you will mostly be staying. a double bed is a queen bed, the room 41 I stayed this time did not have anywhere to hang close, bathroom is very small. it was fine as long you don't think it is a big rooms you can hang out in. it is with rooms that you sleep and shower in.
