For my short stay I can't think of anything more that I needed nothing not to like

Breakfast was exellent full english for me with other menu items to choose from My room was spacious & clean with kettle and a range of teas coffee/chocolate Roomy bathroom really clean & a range of soaps/shampoo TV & free WiFi proved very useful

The toilet was in a very confined space which may be a challenge for some people. The breakfast was very good

The room was cosy and comfortable, the hosts David and Debbie were friendly, informative, and made sure we had everything we needed, and it was absolutely spotlessly clean!.

It's on a busy road which is a bit awkward to get out on to.

An exceptional breakfast and personal attention from the owners that you don't get from a big chain hotel. The owner even saved my parking spot for me when I had to nip out, and carried my case to my room. And their dog is gorgeous, though she was so quiet and well-behaved, I suspect none of the other guest even knew there was a dog. When you go away a lot with work you become accustomed to faceless chain hotels. The owners of Bewdley Hill House showed the personal attention that I'd forgotten I'd missed.

There was nothing that we didn’t like

They were extremely kind and very helpful letting us park there all day when we couldn’t find any parking spaces at the hospital checked us in early so that we had use of our room from 11.30am was very much appreciated at what was a difficult time for us. I ended up staying on my own as my husband had to stay in the hospital overnight. I felt very safe and comfortable and had everything I needed and the breakfast was excellent would stay again.

Not sure why the only 2 guests were allocated top floor rooms. I had no problem navigating the narrow stairs to the attic rooms, but less mobile guests might.

The breakfast was excellent. The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. Plenty of parking space. Easy to find hotel on main road - god signage and lighting. Not much to do within walking distance though - a couple of 'tired' locals pubs. 5min drive to local supermarket came in handy.

The only thing was the heating in the room, it was very hot.

Lovely stay, the hosts,the food, the room was just a pleasure to stay there 😊 The location was perfect to go to West Midland Safari Park.

Friendly hosts, excellent room and en-suite facilities. Safe parking at rear of property. The bed was really comfy and the breakfast was delicious. I was greeted on arrival by David, he was very friendly and helped me with local information. in the morning I was greeted by Debbie in a friendly and polite manner (perfect for that time of morning and not in your face type of greeting). The breakfast room had soft classical music playing which helped me feel relaxed and the breakfast was beautiful. I will definitely be back when in the area again for work. Highly recommended.

The shower head isn't very good

The room was lovely and clean and cosy .the friendly hosts are always very pleasant the breakfast was lovely as always .I had to buy some more of their delicious homemade marmalade again as it's delicious
