Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe room had pealing wall paper and the shower had poor pressure. We were in a family room which must have been directly above the bar which had music on very loud till half 11 on a Tuesday night, so not ideal for kids getting to sleep.
The staff were great, the location great. The breakfast was cheap for what it was. We were able to park there for free which was a bonus considering how close it was to the main town/ beach etc.

United KingdomMattress had a hole in it. Room decor was old and dated. Cleaner let himself into our room at 7.30 am without even knocking on door. Full English was brought out whilst still eating my cereal so was cold to eat. Not advised it’s an over 60’s coach holiday hotel.
Evening entertainment good. Bar staff friendly. Good location if you have a car. Parking available.

United Kingdomall building needs definitely a refurb as is very old ... cleaning was very poor ... needs to improve ... the room we had was very noisy ( nobody told us will be music / bingo play game till 11.00 pm ... very noise for family with a child ) - we asked if can be changed room but nothing could be done - been told that all rooms are fully booked )
only the thing i liked for this building was that is quite very close to beach - couple of minutes walking ) they have parking included in room price knew that check-in is at 3 pm , we arrived earlier and been accepted to leave the car parked and then we went for a walk around beach before check-in

United KingdomWhen we arrived with family at 7pm, the room was not prepared for us, no towels, no pillow cases, bathroom not cleaned, they asked me to find by me other hotels... common Sat 7p.m ??? , spent here £170 , other hotels were 3 x more expensive, we stayed in this hotel, room was ready with towels, etc and cleaned bathroom at 10 p.m, i did not received compansation ;)

HungaryThe whole building is in a very bad/old condition! The room was very small, but enough for two of us. The carpets and doors are very old, smelly, actually everything in the hotel is very old, really need a refurbishing! The room looks very tired. The floor wasn't completely hoovered, there still was some mess! The window and the curtains weren't to cleaned at all, dust everywhere. We had a room on the 2nd floor, and there was so hot even during the night. No any ventilation. The restaurant was a horror. Can't find a correct word to describe, how disappointing and terrible. First of all, nobody gave us any information about the breakfast when we did the check in. All system of the breakfast is very poor. Small portions, untrained staff. We didn't have any napkin on our table!! All in all, please avoid this hotel!! Really need to change so many things, staff, furnitures, and completely renew everything!!! And the prices are ridiculously high, I just don't know why. We were shocked. Couldn't wait to leave next morning.
The bathroom was simple, but clean. No mould on the tiles, no hair in the shower. Good water pressure. Clean bed sheet and linen. Good location, close to the beach, local shops and restaurants. Nice coffee shop in the hotel. Free parking.

United KingdomWe asked for breakfast but they said it was fully booked because they had coach parties staying, but surely if they sell the room they should be catering for all guests. The room really needs a big make over, the bathroom sink and the tap was loose, and the shelf looks like a child put it up. Ps the hotel down the road does a great breakfast.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was good.The entertainment was good and bar prices very reasonable.
