With having such a good location for the airport comes the noise of traffic & I got woken up by each guest leaving earlier than me for their flights.

Really easy check in & check out. This is the second time I have stayed before an early flight from Bristol and it is the same quality.

Traffic noise and noise from other guests. Front door constantly slammed most of evening and night. Also people shouting in there rooms and corridor.

Excellent room 3 minutes from Bristol Airport. Very good value for money, comfy beds and clean facilities with on site secure parking. Excellent communication from the staff with clear instructions. The entrance is via the A38 through self check in. The rooms can be slightly noisy as close to the road but could sleep without earplugs. Definitely worth using when travelling to the airport, we'll be back!

Nothing to do with guesthouse but the road noise was a bit of a problem,but then I live in the country.

Ease of access and closeness to Airport. Communications with the host although with the key pad you did not actually see them.Very prompt transfer by Paul to airport.

Inconsiderate guests arriving after 10pm, very noisy entering the premises. They were in the room above us, we could hear them walking around, then snoring, coughing and talking during the night. It was literally as though they were in the room with us. We stayed here so could get a nights sleep before an early morning flight, because of the noise we were disturbed continually. Some sound proofing is definitely needed.

Safe parking, very easy check in and great location. Room was warm, comfortable and clean.

Mugs were wet and smelled of bleach, had to wash them, then wash hands a couple of times to get rid of the smell. That was only problem

Very busy main road and hard to get in and out. Awkward key safe locks. Especially in the dark. No human contact.

Not a complaint, but we did have the last parking space. I believe the hotel is also used for parking whilst on holiday. I'm not sure if it was pure luck that there was one space left, or if this was intentional and the amount of cars is monitored to fit with bookings. Not sure what would have happened if there had not been a space.

Perfect location for stay before early morning flight. Nice room with private bathroom, TV, tea and coffee facilities. There were even some cereal bars which was a nice touch. Did not see a single other person, as keys are kept in a lock box. Would recommend and would stay again.

Not a dislike just something we didn’t research before going only options for food were local pubs for meals and a petrol station supermarket but you are not going to find lots of built facilities right by an airport

The sound proofing isn't great so there was a lot of noise every time the room next door flushed the toilet. But the positives out weighed the negatives.

The location was excellent and the room was spotless.
