Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United KingdomThe cleanliness in the leisure club was poor. It clearly hadn’t been dusted or cleaned and the gym equipment was dirty. I also found the bar staff rude and unhelpful not smiling and turning the slot machines of 45 minutes before the bar closed.
The bed was really comfortable and the room was very spacious. The location was excellent with a large bar area and an adequate spa.and swimming area The lady at reception was very helpful

United KingdomNovel, but unimpressive aesthetics. Shabby, tired decor -probably hasn’t been decorated since 80’s. Pool/Sauna closed at 7pm. Staff not the best. Rooms very, very basic.
Hotel is a bit different, think 1980’s Spain! beer and food are very reasonably priced, buffet and breakfast pretty good. Powerful shower, reasonably comfortable bed. Pool, gym & sauna Very well priced. (Cheap)

United KingdomPaying extra for breakfast (too dear) Shower head was a foot too low. The bar wasn't open until 5pm(4pm would have been better). The fella who we asked about the bar (Rashish),was not very pleasant and could've been more courteous towards us and other guests who enquired also.
Clean room and comfortable bed. The desk staff at check-in were accommodating, as was the barman who took our drinks and food order. The young man at the restaurant desk was very polite.

DenmarkIt is unacceptable, that the hotel turns of the heating of the rooms during the night! It was freezing cold!! Every night, for 5 days! And it is February!! The beds are rather short; my feet stuck out of the bed, and I’m only 180 cm tall.
I enjoyed the design, which reminded me of hotels in Germany and the Alps.
