The location was perfect for a relaxing peaceful weekend away. the weather was amazing, the location was set in beautiful countryside and the hot tub was a real treat!

Breakfast at the cafe was expensive and, to be honest, not very good. If we stayed again we would bring more food to make our own breakfast.

Brilliant place to stay in the beautiful Cotswolds. Loved the hot tub and peace and quiet. Close to Stroud too and we had a great time there. Would love to have stayed longer. Welcome pack was an added bonus.

The only very small niggle was the extractor fan covers needed a wipe over.

It was clean with plenty of safe outside space for our dog. The welcome basket was also very appreciated

Everything was great — we had a really lovely stay! Just two tiny suggestions that might help guests feel even more at home: making sure the shower gel/shampoo are topped up in case someone forgets theirs, and perhaps adding sunflower spread sachets to the welcome pack to cater to those with allergies. Really minor things — we’ll definitely be back!

Location great! Gardens well maintained. Welcome pack was lovely! Fire pit idea was great. Clean. Quiet. A really lovely idyllic place with nature on your cabin step! Hot tub was lovely and our overall stay was really great. We couldn't complain!

I wouldn't say there was anything we didn't like! Our only suggestions are a shelf in the bathroom to put toiletries on as there is nothing for that. Another mirror near a plug socket for drying hair, doing makeup, etc, as the one in the bathroom is very low, so you have to bend to use it. I had to use the camera on my phone, which was awkward. A shower caddy for your own shower stuff would have also been helpful. In addition, as the Lodge is small, there is nowhere to put clothes, so you do live out of your bag/case. There was enough room in the bathroom to have a small set of drawers just to put some essentials in, which we would have liked. We ended up using the living area like a dressing area and to store bags. This was not a problem as we were in the hot tub in the evenings, but it could have been an issue if we had wanted to use the log burner and small breakfast table.

We were in Bumblebee Lodge. It was small but had pretty much everything we needed. It was clean, and there was a welcome basket, which meant we did not have to go shopping the day we arrived. That was a nice touch. I am aware that the site offers additional treats/wood, but we did not use this service. The location was fantastic for exploring, and it was a peaceful setting. The shower was big and bed comfy. It is on a road that gets busy during rush hour, but this was not a problem for us. The hot tub was amazing!! We will definitely be coming back to this place.

The locations is beautiful, so many lovely walks. The cabin was lovely and peaceful and pretty much had everything you needed. A lovely stay and we’ll definitely be back :o)

The drive up was amazing, nice views, the whole stay was perfect, hot water was no issue , the shower was hot to, toilet flushed great, the road was not that bad few cars driving past but didn't effect our stay, bed was comfy, kitchen is well equipped, lovely log fire so buy some wood before u go there, also a nice fire pit outside, hot tub was perfect and hot. No tv or wifi in the cabin but was nice to relax Thanks for the basket of goodies on arrival.

The cabin was very pretty and had everything needed. It was set within well cared for gardens / flower beds right next to the woodland / walks. We loved the wood burning stove and the hot tub.

Nothing it was perfect, no complaints at all

Perfect setting, peaceful and quiet and beautiful views.......all the added extras were such a nice little touching the cabin was cosy and comfortable. The hot tub was fabulous for relaxing in after a day of exploring. Cannot fault a thing we had the loveliest stay!

My only small criticism is the hot tub wasn’t quite ready on our arrival which meant we couldn’t use it until the next day of our stay but still enjoyed using the hot tub nonetheless!

We stayed in the squirrel lodge. The welcome hamper and treats for the doggies were a lovely touch. The log burner was lovely and cosy too. We will definitely be returning.

Perfect stay for our mini moon! Beautiful location and lovely little cabin! Nice and clean and warm and the hot tub was the perfect little extra! We selected the romance package and arrived to rose petals and chocolate which was perfect! Site was quite and very private which was nice and lots of info on local walks and places to eat! Staff answered queries super quick and the lovely little basket of complimentary treats was very much enjoyed! Couldn’t fault a single thing! We will definitely be back in the future! :)
